Due to the pandemic, they are even stricter now after the Delta variant with mandatory masks, no walk-ins, and no guests. I was in right before they enacted the stricter rules and was very impressed by how clean everything was. It has been a few decades since my last tattoo, but I was familiar with the process and knew about the sterilization, etc. They really put me at ease.Everyone was friendly and while professional, it felt like it was more of a family then coworkers there. I searched youtube for answers and they just said wiggle back and forth until they are free.
