Although it is the first day and I'm a bit swollen, I can already tell that it's beautiful and exactly what I wanted! :) She patiently helped me select the right lip liner color to achieve the natural but enhanced look I was going after. Ann also remembered that I prefer my eyeliner a bit wider on the outer edges of both my top and bottom lids. She regularly checked in with me to see how I was doing and would pause to hand me a mirror to ensure we achieved the look I wanted. I went to her on May 19th and asked if she could do a grey blend. She said she could. Two and a half weeks later I stopped in last week and showed her my hair which all the color was gone. she scheduled an appointment for today for me. I walked in and she told me the color came out because of the shampoo I used (which I showed her at the time of my visit what I was using) I told her I washed my hair 5 times since I last saw her. I said "well maybe you should sell the shampoo you want your clients to use". I didn't say it meanly. I wash my hair 2 x a week. Ann was very passive aggressive toward me. I left in tears beca she refused to do anything for me and that includes listening. Every time I started to say something she wouldn't let me finish my thought process or sentence. nobody should feel they way i felt when i left there. I can only assume she was out of her depth of her profession and just didn't want to be bothered by me.

Also asking girls to come back to pay more because they received services they did not ask for. For instance, we were told we could not do eyelashes due to there not being enough time and that they would charge $15 for them. Ridiculous! But then day of we were all offered (???). Also told that we could only do traditional makeup then a couple of us ended up getting sprayed with airbrush and had to pay more - if you are not used to getting professional makeup done you have no idea what's going on you sit there and let the artist do their thing - again more miscommunication by the salon, not the bridal party. Makeup and hair for majority of the girls ended up having to be fixed before the actual ceremony. Waste of time and money for non lasting $75 an updo and $45 to $75 for makeup. I was forced to choose a star rating by Yelp, otherwise this review would contain no stars.

I'd recommend them for simple, same day stuff or men's cuts.
