I've been going here for years and the quality of the bald and service has declined extremely, as prices have increased. Very unfortunate pricing for services that come out like this. as a 5 year customer this will be my last time coming back. The workers will sit there and blatantly talk about you, laugh at you, make jokes about you in their native language so you cannot articulate what they're saying unless you have a translator in your ear. I've noticed the last several times i've came to get my nails done, they do not care about the quality of their nails, their care about how quickly they can get you in and out of the chair. it's extremely unfortunate because this was my go to nail place.

When we got there we were greeted immediately by one of the owners. My sister noticed it was much busier than usual and we did have to wait for about 10 minutes which my sister said is unusual but we didn't mind waiting. The owner came right over and apologized for the wait and directed us to the seating area. I noticed while waiting and while getting my nails done that the owners managed to greet and say goodbye and thank you to every single person that arrived or left. Everyone was working incredibly hard. I also noticed that the salon was very clean. I could see them sanitizing tools and taking out new clean ones when they needed them. They don't do acrylic nails because they are very bad for your nails so the place doesn't smell like acrylic which I love. I got a power gel manicure. It was $35 and Victor did amazing! When we paid the owner gave us a $5 off coupon for our next appointment because of the small wait we had which of course they didn't have to do but I thought it shows that they are great business owners. To summarize it was clean, everyone was polite and pleasant, the owners are the sweetest people, Victor did an amazing job on my nails! I'll be sure to come here always from now on!

I had a Groupon for a mini spa pedicure and a dip powder manicure. I came on Christmas Eve and had no problem making a phone appointment. I was greeted at the door and was offered water or tea. For tea, you have the option of getting jasmine or black. The mini spa pedicure included a scrub that went up towards my knees. My legs were then wrapped with plastic wrap to maintain moisture while I got the rest of my pedicure. The shape of my nails is great and I like application. My big toe nail chipped a little the next day but that may be due to my own fault. My nail technician was Yoyo and she did a great job. I got color #1 for the SNS nail dip. They did 3 layers which is thicker than I like but it looks great overall. I didn't like that there was gunk under my nails after the appointment and that it had that tacky "skin is stuck to nails-feeling" but it was easy to clean up myself. They were playing Christmas music during the entire time and I thought that was festive and fun. They also had a dog movie playing on the TV so I was entertained the entire time. After my manicure, I was given a light shoulder massage. My technician had the tiniest hands. I was also given a Christmas gift when I left. This was so sweet! It was a cute nail clipper and a modern glass nail filer.
