Update: This place damaged my lashes and has done nothing to resolve it. They said they would reach out to me but never did. I emailed both corporate and the location directly and received no response. Extremely disappointed in the lack of accountability. - I'd like to clarify the sequence of events, as the version shared in your response doesn't accurately reflect what happened. I had a lash lift 8 weeks ago not "a few" which, based on previous communication from your studio, is within the standard timeframe. The technician only asked about my prior treatment after I was already lying down on the table. I came in without an appointment and asked if I could do a consultation. She let me know there was already one in the system, so I explained I just wanted to go over what happened last time. She listened and responded, "We can do your lashes today." At no point was I advised to wait or postpone the treatment. With this being the second time I've experienced lash damage here, I'm concerned about the pattern of placing responsibility back on the client. I've also reached out via Instagram, since your emails are bouncing--happy to continue the conversation there and work toward a resolution. -- This review is for their lash lifts. I've been to this studio three times. The first time was amazing. Kayla (who I don't believe works there anymore) gave me the best lash lift I've ever had. The second time, I forgot to select a specific tech and ended up with someone who completely damaged my lashes. They were frazzled, bent, and over-processed. When I gave feedback, I was told it was bec of my eye shape which felt like an odd way to deflect responsibility. Thankfully, Kayla was able to fix it a few days later. A year later, I decided to give the studio one more try after seeing they now had a "master lash artist." Honestly, I came back because it's the closest one to me and I was hoping things had improved. I even came in ahead of time to explain what happened previously to make sure it doesn't happen again. She was kind and seemed to listen, but the overall result looked messy and uneven. She asked if I liked it, and I honestly wasn't sure how to respond. It didn't look right, but I also wanted to give it time to settle. I said I'd wait it out since she reassured me I could come back, but realistically, a service like this should be done right the first time. This is the only lash place I've ever had to return to for a fix. Normally, you get the service once and it's done correctly. This lash studio is very modern and clean. My eyelash technician is Astrid. She is very personable and professional. I like how my lashes look. Deka Lash is located in a shopping center. There's plenty of parking. The Reunion Kitchen restaurant is near so is Happy Nails and Mother's Market. There is also a Starbucks, LA Fitness and a Corner Bakery restaurant in the same shopping center. You can get your lashes done and grab a bite to eat afterwards. I gave Deka two star because the pricing just didn't match the experience. I booked through ClassPass, which stated it covered a full set, but when I arrived they initially tried to charge me extra and asked to put a card on file. They did honor it, and the salon was clean and the application itself was neat, but the full set felt very light and lacking in volume. I had to go back the next day to even it out. Two weeks later I went back for a fill, and although I was running late, I was told they could only do about 10 minutes worth of lashes. When I asked to reschedule, I was told there was only one person working the entire weekend and nothing was available until Wednesday, so I didn't end up getting my fill there. I did ask if they could remove my card on file and they said they could not. So instead, I went to Elegant Lashes by Katie in Tustin, and the quality was noticeably better! My $60 fill there honestly had more lashes, better volume and shape than the full set I received at Deco. Both were "natural" look. Overall for me, Deka Lashes seems overpriced for what you get. read more

2nd time I get my lashes done by Deka Lash, I got them done on Friday, and by Saturday and Sunday, they were falling off. I didn't wash my face as instructed at least not around the eyes. Today is Monday, lashes in right eye are lesser than my left eye. I paid $170 for full set. Not happy with this set. I've had lashes done other places, but because I needed lashes for an event, I came here Friday. Disappointed. I will be calling to see what they can do to fix this, I'd be happy to change my review if DL either credits my charge or does a new full set. UPDATE: I changed the rating to 5 stars, the owner read my initial review (3 stars) and had me come in right away to fix my lashes today. He was very accommodating, and Christina was meticulous about ensuring my lashes were full and stayed on for longevity. I appreciate the quick fix turnaround and I will definitely be back. I am so excited to have Deka Lash come to Anaheim Hills! It's in the Canyon Plaza near Reunion. I set an appointment with Rutvi, and she was such a great artist to work with. She asked me what type of look I wanted, and exceeded my expectations with how my lashes look. I wanted a full, but natural look and I walked out the door with just that. They look like my lashes, but better! They have a great membership program, that includes lash volume, and fill options, that I was excited to sign up for. They even have an area with merchandise you can buy to take care of your lashes to help them last longer. A great, one stop shop! My review is for corporate and the staff that enforce this policy. I own two businesses, and the one thing I know for certain is that charging half the price of lashes when someone needs to change an appointment to the following day, is a sure fire way to lose good paying customers. You don't charge loyal, subscription paying, customers a cancellation fee. Most certainly not the first time they've ever had to do it. If it's a chronic issue, that's one thing. This however, was not. In a world of Covid, lack of the ability to find qualified sitters, kids that wake up sick, you have got to work with your clients. Client testimonials and word of mouth marketing is how businesses grow. Keep your customers happy so they help your establishment boom in a community. I will never come back and I will not refer any of my friends to you. It would have been worth eating $75.000 to keep a loyal, monthly subscription client that helps you obtain free customer leads. You should probably rethink your policy if you want to make money and keep customers. read more

Wasn't sure how it all was going to come out, Rutvi reassured me for the beginning to the end! Very patient with all my questions, concerns, and anxieties lol. I went to Deka lash for a eyelash lift and brow lamination with Christina and she did an amazing job! She is very professional, clean, and experienced which made the service all the better. The owner was wonderful reaching out to me and I really appreciate how dedicated she is in making sure each of her clients feel welcomed and have a positive experience. After speaking with the owner I was informed that they use different lashes depending on what service you decide on. Every salon uses different types of lashes and my mistake was not looking at the different lashes they offer like I have done at previous salons to decide width and length. I think if I had gone and looked at the lashes I would have had a much different experience. The owner did completely refund me which was so thoughtful and appreciated. If you do decide on this salon ask to see the lengths and widths because they have their own brand and are different from what I have previously used. Will save you a lot of time! Bottom line everyone associated with this salon are wonderful and if my lashes were not so thin I probably wouldn't have had the issues I did. read more

I will say that Bina ( the owner of Deka lash ) contact me directly after seeing my attempts to contact the salon, she was extremely apologetic and scheduled me for a new set of lashes with Sumie. When I arrived at the salon I met with Bina's husband who was there to reassumed me that they were going to take care of my lashes and again apologized for the mishap, my experience at the salon was a 360 turn and I am super happy with the results, Sumie is amazing and I love my new set of lashes. I can honestly say that Bina and Robby do care about their customers, they sure do take the time to address their customers concerns and is evident they want to make sure their customers are satisfied with the services. Thanks for making my experience at your salon a great experience today and appreciate the lash cleanse and lash cleaning brush ! I was so happy I signed up with a membership. I came in for my first fill on Thursday and it was not what I expected. The fill looked great from first glance but once I got to my car I noticed how sloppy it actually looked. Now my lashes keep falling out of my right eye so both eyes look uneven. I got a lash lift done a few days ago. They were super nice, but my left eye's lashes have already dropped. It's lopsided now, and not worth paying 85$ at all. If you are going for a lash lift I would save your money and just try a DIY kit. read more
