My first lash extension experience was here in 2019 before my friends wedding in Colorado. It was a test run in case it didn't work out. I loved them but, I did go to a few other people after. Sadly, I got an allergic reaction and got them off. NONE of my technicians faults. Anyways, I came back about a month ago to test the theory again to see if I really do have an allergic reaction. It had been a while since I had a lash perm, I booked my appointment with America and she did not disappoint!!! My lashes came out even more curled than I expected! I wish I took a before picture but I have super straight lashes that can't hold a curl at all. I used to spend so much time curling them just for them to look somewhat curled, but by the end of the day they would be straight again. My first time with Lash Lab was just a couple days ago. At first, I felt uneasy about the open room. I'm used to being in a private room by myself. Lash lab is divided into two sections with 3 spots next to each other in each section. Once I was laying down and getting my lashes done, it wasn't a bother at all. The place is clean and smelled nice. They're tucked away in a small shopping mall strip near the McCormick street side. Summer was very attentive and took the time to really figure out what kind of lash look I was going for. I'm extremely happy with the outcome. I wish she was available more often in the evenings, but I'm sure they have others that may be if she isn't. The prices were very reasonable and I paid $65 plus tip for a mixed fill. I already set a follow up fill appointment with Summer. I definitely recommend giving them a try. Update: I have continued to come back to Lash Lab since my first review because they're consistently awesome! My regular gal is Jessica who is also attentive and very skilled. The girls are typically booked out for weeks! So, when I recently had to reschedule my appointment I was willing to accept that my fill may have to wait. I was very pleasantly surprised when the owner, Detri, went above and beyond to accommodate me. She put in the effort to reach out to others, rearrange some things and got back to me the same day.
