The salon was so accommodating and understanding and were able to squeeze me in after hours! Christie was my lash tech and she was very kind and gentle on my lashes. Honestly, this is the weirdest interaction I ever had with the business. The lady is super aggressive, kept asking for a deposit. She put me down for a wrong date, even if there was miscommunication she wouldn't let me use my deposit for the day that I actually wanted to come. then she told me that I don't have to make a deposit for the new appointment and then she went back on a word and said I do need to make a deposit. she's giving me shady vibes and seems very money hungry She called me and started being aggressive when she was explaining the situation and how she should be able to keep the deposit since it was my mistake w scheduling ... This interaction alone took all day long back-and-forth when I was busy and she kept giving me conflicting text messages because I wanted it all in writing. really truly bummed by my experience. the tech began sniffling and coughing in the middle of my appt. i was in a wedding party that weekend and especially could not get sick. i was holding my breath as best as i could while she worked. also, i wished they washed/cleaned my lashes. this is the only lash salon i've been to that doesn't do this. this place just seems OK. not a particularly clean establishment and they really should not have sick people working in a capacity so intimate with customers. i want to offer an honest review for other customers but hate to give a small business a low rating so i'll just rate 3 stars. **** 2/26/26 update hi. i'm attaching a screenshot of my reservation through Vagaro to confirm this was a real appointment. i have no intention of reaching out privately, as i won't be returning after your defensive, no-apology response. you can say lash cleaning is part of the protocol, but it factually did not occur during my service. this was a one-star experience for me, and i still chose to leave three stars. why would anyone leave a fake three-star review? it's the most un-influential rating. lol i stand by my review. read more

2 star review because their deal online said 55$ any lash set for new clients I walked in and they tried to sell me a 119$ lash set for just a little more fullness. Quality of lashes was good but not for 79$. Btw they will try to get you to get softer lashes for an extra 27$. There are better places out there for your money and quality of lashes not just about bargaining for a higher service price. Great service and experience! I went in to have lashes removed that I had from another studio. I got a quick appointment, fast response time and my technician name was Tran M. Tran was very patient, explained the entire time what was happening and always checking for my comfort. The team in the studio were all very kind not only with their customers but also each other. It shows the great connection a team has in how they communicate with each other. Tran and everyone truly showed they cared and wanted to make sure that their customers were happy with what they got. They even did double and triple checks, making adjustments and explaining when requests would or wouldn't work in the costumers favor. Tran was very kind and professional, and kept an eye on the entire operation while also being very personable with me. She was fantastic, I think I might try lashes again! DO NOT COME HERE!!!! I had a terrible experience at this lash studio. I paid $140 for lash extensions, and within just two days, they started falling off. When I reached out to Katie, the owner, she blamed me, saying I must have been yanking them off--however, my natural lashes were perfectly fine, and the extensions were literally falling off. After much back and forth, she agreed to refund me. Then she texted saying her machine couldn't process the refund, but once my bank reached out, she would refund me in full. Unfortunately, she never followed through. I never received my refund, and now I'm out $140. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Very unprofessional and dishonest! EDIT Elaine, I must respectfully disagree with your response. I reached out multiple times before resorting to contacting my bank. My claim was denied because your business initially stated "no refunds," despite being told I would receive one. Your so-called "no-questions-asked policy" was nowhere to be found when I tried to resolve this directly with you. It's also important to note that I only contacted my bank after receiving a phone call from Katie, who was not only rude but also yelled at me, accusing me of pulling the extensions off myself. At that point, I felt it was best not to continue communicating with her. Her behavior was unprofessional and upsetting. I want to clarify that I was not attempting to get free services. If I had needed the lashes for an event, I would have opted for strip falsies, not a full set of extensions. I have attached additional photos to show that I reached out to your business multiple times, but I was never provided with any help. Since then, I've made several attempts to reach your team again, but none of my calls have been answered. I've tried all three contact numbers I found on Yelp, Google, and your website, but to no avail. This situation has become increasingly frustrating and unprofessional.
