I'm honestly shocked and deeply disappointed by how much this place seems to have changed. I had been coming here for approximately seven years, and one of the reasons I remained loyal was because the staff was always responsive, caring, and professional. In the past, I could count on receiving a call or text back promptly. That is absolutely not what I have experienced recently. I went through a devastating medical emergency and was in a coma for three weeks. They were aware of what happened to me. After everything I have been through physically and emotionally, it took a lot for me to finally reach out--and then to be completely ignored for days was incredibly hurtful. I'm not expecting special treatment. I am expecting basic courtesy, empathy, and compassion from a business I supported for seven years. I genuinely wonder whether there has been a change in ownership or management, because this does not feel like the same place I once trusted and recommended. When a longtime client reaches out after surviving something so traumatic, a simple response should not be too much to ask. Sadly, I am extremely disappointed in how I have been treated. read more

I've been going here since my college days so its been about 8+ years. I've always had the best service from them. The shop is always clean and smells nice. The calming music provides a very relaxing atmosphere. Their bathroom is always clean as well. They are not loud and have a spa like feel. The receptionist is always very kind and will go above and beyond to make each experience special for everyone. My appointments are always confirmed the day before and I have never had any scheduling issues. All the lash employees are very talented and I have never experienced anything other than the utmost professionalism and respect. They place the lashes on individually, one by one. It is a completely painless procedure and sometimes I usually fall asleep. They did such an amazing job with my lashes for my wedding that no additional false lashes from the makeup artist had to be applied! My lashes also stayed intact even with all the eye makeup (even though not advised). I usually dont wear eye makeup unless it is for special events and I also make sure to carefully clean it when I am done! Love how my lashes turned out with Nina! I've been wearing glue lashes since the last place I went to caused redness and puffiness! But for my birthday and vacation, I wanted to get extensions again! I showed them my glue on ones and they made them look EXACTLY like them with the rainbow style! The front desk was awesome and their intro price was $98!! Please don't go here. I had a very unpleasant experience. I had a consultation and requested volume lashes with size 11 length. The lash artist spoke absolutely no English at all so I couldn't communicate with her - whenever I needed to say something she would have to call the receptionist back over to translate, which was very frustrating. The lash artist pinched my eyelids SEVERAL TIMES which I don't have to explain is extremely painful and it made me very nervous of the next time it was coming. Then at the end, I have these scrawny, simple classic lashes with big gaps in them. I immediately voiced my concerns to the receptionist about the work, but they did nothing to fix it. I paid full price and left no tip. I included these photos even though they're embarrassing. I also have a bump or infection on my left eyelid from the pinching. After my bad experience, Lucy's Lashes reached out to me. They apologized for the improper service and offered to refund me as well as give me a complimentary fresh set with their best lash tech. They were very open to hearing criticism and were quick to try to rectify the situation. I appreciate that they made me feel heard. 0 STARS. STAY AWAY FROM HERE. My eyeballs are burning so bad right now. First the lady said it would take about an hour and it took 2 hours. I've never had a place that took that long on regular volume lashes. I told them I had sensitive eyes and they used regular glue on me. My eyes were burning for the last 40 mins and I told her it hurt but she kept going and barely fanned my eyes they are never getting my business back here. I've never had such a bad experience at a lash place. They really asked me to Venmo them money when I "feel better" my eyes are SWOLLEN AND WATERY AND THEY BURN SO BAD. My go to place for lash extensions. Staff is very friendly and the place is both clean and organized. My lashes last about 2-3 weeks before needing a fill which is great for me as lash extensions usually tend to fall out faster. Initially, I had come in to get the classic volume set because I wanted to go with something that was very natural. After my consultation I decided to go with the "in between volume set" and I was very happy with the results. I had a big event to attend and decide to glamour it up with eyelash extensions. I'm normally a girl who wears zero makeup, so this was a big step for me. I was only planning to get the eyelash extensions once but after so many compliments, especially from my boyfriend, I decided to come back in for a refill after the 4th week. My eyelashes did lose a little volume after the 3rd week, that is expected. As long as you follow their rules-- don't directly let the water hit your face while showering and do not get them wet for the first 24 hours-- they will last a long time. Jade did my eyelashes both times and did an incredible job!! She was very gentle the whole way through and made sure halfway through that my eyes felt okay. First time took 1.5 hrs and then my 2nd time for the fill only took 1 hour. I will be returning for a 3rd time, perhaps even 4th, 5th, and 6th. :) I highly recommend this place. read more
