They have private parking available. Once you get in, it's located in the 2nd floor to the right. Experience: Ashley has the softest touch, if it wasn't for my cousin talking I would have fell in a trans and took a nap. None of that poking and sticky glue feeling. Furthermore, Ashley was fast and didn't have me laying there for an hour, like most places. The lashes feel so soft and look amazing. Who needs mascara?!! This place is definitely worth the price. There are yelp specials, take advantage of them or ask if there are any deals going on. Also, I would recommend asking about all the services. In addition to getting my lashes done, I got an eyebrow tint. Love it! I'm not good with makeup and this helped my eyebrows look full and natural. I can't wait to stop by on my next visit to Jersey. Thank you Ashley for a great experience and for beautiful looking lashes.

Do not go here under any circumstances!! Worst lashes I have ever had! The owner, Ashley Gambino,…read moreis highly unprofessional. I had lashes done on Friday. The lashes started falling out that night. By Wednesday, there were barely any lashes left. I took photos and sent them. The woman I spoke to on the phone was incredibly rude when I let her know how bad the lashes were. Ashley refused to make it right and tried to blame me. She even threatened me with police action if I tried to dispute it with the credit card, which is an interesting business practice. She sent me a series of harassing texts and blew up my phone with calls. The length this woman would go to not do the right thing for a new client over $300 is astonishing. So unprofessional and very poor quality work. She responds with lies about how she offered to fix her disaster, but that's not true. I have the threatening texts and the repeated calls as receipts. It was sent to the credit card company. Only an unhinged person calls the police to intimidate a client posts negative feedback on bad service. That's not how a normal business operate. Go somewhere reputable. That's certainly not here.

Expensive/Overpriced/Sloppy…read more I've never left a review for a nail salon before but I felt compelled to do so after visiting Paradise Nails. I'm new to the area, decided to stop in and give them a try. I didn't have an appointment and they graciously accepted me as a walk-in customer. I wanted a basic mani/pedi and required no polish as I planned to paint my nails myself as I still had some work/running around to do. They suggested I do both services at the same time and I obliged. Neither nail tech was thorough in doing the pedicure nor manicure. Obvious patches of dead skin were left on my feet, the coral nail polish I was wearing was still left on the edges and my nails and my nails were cut/filed into different shapes. For my finger nails, I came into the salon wearing a pale pink nail hardener. To start the service, the nail tech didn't remove the nail polish first but started filing/buffing my nails then placed my hands in warm water then clipped my cuticles. This entire process seemed odd as she's completing ALL OF THESE STEPS and I still have polish on my nails! I asked her if she's going to take the polish off because I assumed she forgot and she says she'll do it, "at the end". I found this to be incredibly bizarre as nail polish removal is step one and how can you give a client a manicure when you can't see their nail?! Anyways, she continues with the services lotioning my hands and giving me a hand massage. It wasn't until she was done doing everything that she finally removed the polish but she didn't even remove all of it! The polish still remains on my nails several days later. I come in for the most basic of services as they had ONE JOB to simply remove nail polish, file my nails and remove dead skin and they couldn't get it right. I'm out $49.00 plus tip and still had to go home and scrub my own feet, re-file my nails to even them out and continue to clip my cuticles. Please train the staff to be more thorough in doing nails. If they can't get it right doing the most basic manicure/pedicure, I wouldn't entrust them to do anything else. Best wishes to Paradise Nails, you all won't get second opportunity to rip me off.

Hello darlings! Was recommended by this place thru a…read morefriend that comes here religiously. She recommended Marisol. She was AMAZING! The receptionist was AMAZING! The receptionist was able to find colors that were similar to the picture that I wanted to copy. See attached picture. The left is the Pinterest idea; the right is my hand haha I absolutely love the color. I got tips and they did a powder dip. Basically, I got the cheaper version of getting my nails done for the holiday. (I'm on a budget! haha) This was a good way to treat myself. During the session, I was literally falling asleep. I guess it's b/c Marisol was so gentle and good at filing and cleaning up my nails. She doesn't like drawing straight lines, BUT she did well! I would definitely recommend this place. It was a surprise that they were able to take me in as a walk-in on a Wednesday. And she JUST literally finished as they were cleaning up the place. They are super clean as I can smell the chemicals towards the end of the session, BUT that's what you want! You want to know that the nail salon that you go to takes care in cleanliness! So THANK YOU! Will definitely coming back here again either for a fill-in or when I decide to upgrade my tips and get creative!!! :) xoxox Thank you doll! :)

The girl I went to today, left a TON of glue in my lashes after the lift and my eye lashes don't look all that lifted. I don't know how this was an acceptable service. Check the pics, my lashes have never looked worse. In the past I've gone to Anita, and she's VERY good! I wish I went to her today but she was all booked (for good reason). Not sure I will ever come back, the services are too iffy.

So I've been getting lash extensions (on and off) at different places. I've been going to a place…read morein my own town because their lashes stay on for a long while, even after almost 2 weeks. I know how to take care of lash extensions. I wash them daily with foam cleanser I would buy from my lash extensions place, use lash coating & I always bring a small brush wand with me every where I go to brush them all the time. Because of the covid and with places reopening, I couldn't get a hold of my usual lash place so I decided to book an appt at Lure Lash in Somerville since they had open availability sooner. I was excited. I checked out their ig and read some good reviews. I was ready to go. My appt was for 3:35pm and I finished around 6pm... I was really surprised, but I didn't complain because I didn't have anything to do later that day. But what DID surprise me was that I had 2-3 lashes that fell out that same day... then it would be 3-5 lashes the next day.. and then the next. It would happen every day. My appt was a week ago and now that it's almost going to be a full 2 weeks since I've gotten them done, you can tell that if you see them, my right eye is a lot fuller than my left. I've never had this experience.. I was disappointed. I've been to 3 different lash places, with different technicians, and I never would've had a problem this bad before :( I was disappointed, I'm sorry. I usually don't give long negative reviews like this but I was looking forward to getting my lashes done after not having them during the whole quarantine. This photo is my most recent one.

I reached out to her via phone, and though I couldn't reach her on the first try, she was incredibly proactive about getting back to me. She didn't have an e-certificate option available, but due to her unbelievable flexibility, creativity, and customer service, she managed to drop off a paper certificate in the mail that my mom found in her mailbox on her birthday. Fast forward 2 months. My mom wanted to use her certificate because she found out rather unexpectedly that she'd have to move out of the Tri-state area. I asked Elaine for her availability and she said that she typically books out three weeks in advance. However, she put my mom on the cancellation list and after a few cancellations, my mom was fortunate enough to make it into Elaine's Skin Studio three days before her move. Throughout all of these interactions, Elaine never showed an ounce of frustration or annoyance. She is truly a gracious individual who goes above and beyond for her clients, even her new clients! I called my mom after her facial, and she told me that Elaine was very friendly and knowledgeable. She remarked that the studio was pristine, cozy, and intimate, and that she immediately felt relaxed upon walking into the studio. She described the entire experience as peaceful and calming, and I'm so grateful for that since my mom had been in a frenzy trying to pack an entire house together in relatively short notice. Elaine also gave her some great suggestions to enhance her current skin care routine. Though I'm bummed that neither my mom nor I live close enough to drive to Elaine's Skin Studio regularly, I really do hope to go there one day to meet Elaine and pamper myself with one of her amazing facials!
