I didn't ask her since she didn't seem to speak English so I just went with it. When I went to pay the owner said $65 (but their gel mani price is $45) and I asked why. He told me it was for the builder gel base. I said I didn't ask for that. Then he started speaking with the girl who did my nails, and another girl sitting next to her. The other woman said "she said you insisted on builder gel" I told them I never said a word about builder gel. The owner said "fine we will charge you $50". At this point I was so done with being there and just paid it and left. Thinking this would be a one-off bad experience, I came in today for a pedicure. I was so disappointed. the girl never turned on the water...so she just cut my nails and painted them. I asked why no water and she said she would after cutting.
