I requested my standard gel mani/regular pedi combo, and enjoyed the massaging chair and my manicure was well done, minus a few wonky shapes on my nails. My sister hated her service (so glad I paid over $100 for that....), which was partly her fault and partly the salon's. I will say that the bride was a bit distracted, so didn't actually pick or check her colors before application (that's her fault), but for her cream and gold color theme, which she did tell the tech and asked for recommendations, they painted her toes metallic silver and her nails stark white with silver chunk glitter. So she was unhappy about that, but could have checked the colors and asked for an adjustment. She got tips, and didn't think they were well applied or neat. It's hard to rate based on a service that we didn't communicate well on, but I wanted to share anyway. We were there for a group relaxation outing, and they didn't really handle the group well. At one point they had my sister sitting in a pedicure chair by herself, while the others were either wandering around or getting a service in a different room. Again, not awful, but I think we would have appreciated being co-located for the majority of the event. When we went to pay, it was hard to get itemized receipts and the woman cashing us out seemed confused and a little disinterested in the whole process. Overall, it was not a bad experience, just not the best salon service I have ever received.

She CLEARLY does not know what she is doing and i have no idea how she has a job here. She was not even holding the scissors correctly. She didn't wet my hair, or pay any attention to the instructions I gave her for the style. I wouldn't be surprised if that was her first time ever cutting hair. It genuinely looks like she tried to mess my hair up. Easily the worst haircut i have ever gotten in my entire life and will never be coming back here unless this lady is fired. All the other hairstylists usually do a pretty nice job when it comes to my hair, I've never seen this lady before so she must be new, and also must be lying on her resume.

I called and they said they were running a little behind. Ok no big deal. 55 mins after my appointment time they finally called. While I was sitting there I saw them standing around talking. They never asked stylist what appointments they had made before hand so when they gave me a time they didn't realize who was already coming in. So incredibly disappointed. If you can't do a cut then tell the customer NO instead of making a mess with customers hair. Blunt bangs. Zero long layers. They do it all - hair, nails, massages, facials. And the prices are all reasonable. Bonus is the owner, she's been in the shop every time I've stopped in and always greets me like an old friend. Phenomenal service. I've had my hair and nails done here - I'm always happy with the service and results. I can't wait to have them take care of my girls and me on my wedding day!
