I won't be coming back! I've tried this place a few times, and the lashes never last longer than a week. The only positive experience I had was with my lash artist -- she was amazing and truly deserves better. Unfortunately, the customer service is awful. Angie in customer service charged my credit card **without authorization**, even after I requested to cancel my appointment. That's unacceptable and feels dishonest. It's really disappointing to see such poor business practices. If you value your money and want quality service, go somewhere else. Horrible. Don't go. I wish I had read the reviews before going. They make you sign a contract, I never received a copy of it, and then I supposedly didn't cancel in time even though I hadn't received any services that month and they charged my card $114 and refused to refund it. It's like one of those rip off services online where are you have to cancel within so many days or they keep putting reoccurring charges on your card. Really a low life operation. Not at all what I'd expect to find in the classy area we live in. Just completely take advantage. Additionally, the lashes would not stay on!!! I tried several different people- most be the cheap products because I went elsewhere eventually and have had a great experience with the lashes lasting a super long time. BEWARE!!!!!!!!! Do NOT, I repeat DO NOT go to Deka Lash. I have had a ton of experience with lashes and brows as I am a mom with 3 daughters. I am very well versed in these services. Deka Lash technicians are poorly trained and inexperienced. Their products are low quality and leave you with inferior results. Definitely stay away from LILY. She will botch you up beyond repair. Nicole and Angie are also incredibly unpleasant to deal with. This place is an absolute nightmare and a rip off. There are plenty of Lash and Eyebrow salons out there. Staff is nice enough but the glue and the lashes are inferior. Glue is not waterproof, I was told to keep the lashes dry for 48 hours. Lashes begin falling out within a day. They made it sound easy to cancel my membership but their policies were not enforced. Very disaapointed. read more

I booked a brow lamination, which said it included shaping & mapping. When I met the tech, I told her I'm new to laminating & want to go light. As she began, I asked which method she'll use for mapping/ shaping. She said they don't do that. As she did my eyebrows, I pulled up the website & showed her where it said "includes mapping & shaping". She then told me the girl who does that doesn't have time to do it. She then talked about me, while doing my brows, saying "I told her what laminating was". She never showed me my brows along the way & when it was done- to my dismay, they were way too dark. I then asked if she'd discount the service, since she wasn't providing all that was promised. At this point, she decided to tell me mapping & shaping is what she did- which didn't include removing any hair. it was very confusing (the customer sitting in the waiting area was confused too). The tech just kept repeating the same thing.She has no customer service skills & isn't great at communicating. I didn't realize this was kist another chain, employed by people who do not care. I'll never return. Ive been doing all i can to undo the lamination, since leaving. read more

Please get message Deka Lash; the text service with no live representative on the other end is poor. I will not be charged and additionally up-charged for your poor communication method and that you do not have enough employees to offer your services timely. I do not owe your company for one set of mini express lashes $365.00 for the one one service I actually received in one month. Further, I am in contact with my credit card company for a full review of charges. I am confident there have been more bogus charges made on my card at the hands of your branch and company. It's a complete mission to book an appointment. They do everything my text. You can't speak to a live person. I spent so much time going back forth just to be able to book an appointment. Then I had to give my credit card over and of course didn't have it on me and then when I went to put it in through the link they sent me via text, they told me they don't have my appointment available anymore. Bought a membership and when she went in for her fills they used both fills so then she couldn't get her next fill 2 weeks later without me paying for a full set nobody tells you anything all through text and still have to pay another month such bull . After being with the same lash gal for years - I moved back home to PBG. I was so hesitant to try anywhere new. WELL I AM SO GLAD I FOUND THIS DEKA LOCATION. The staff is so sweet, super talented, educated and so informative. Not only did I leave with beautiful lashes -- I left with a great experience and membership! I previously tried a different local salon before this and was so nervous I'd have another bad experience but I'll be sticking to Deka for a long time now. Thanks girls! read more

Scammers!!!!! Beware when you get a membership with them!!!! You have to give 30 day notice which yes is fine, so I ended up having to pay for 2 more fills, which okay fine. So when I went in for my last fill which again I prepay for under the membership I figured all was good until I looked at my bank statement and saw they charged me an extra 20 ( I pay for 2 fills each month under my membership and each fill is $55), when I messaged them they said I was charged the non member fee of $75, but yet I had already paid my membership dues for the month and told to use them since I paid in full upon canceling. Then I was told bc I canceled on the 2nd when I went to my appt on the 9th of the following month I wasn't entitled to the member price even though they charged membership dues for this appt. This is really bad business and was never told this, was actually told the opposite when I called. Honestly go some place else. read more

complete bait and switch...signed up for the membership always re booked at studio in palm beach gardens alton location or over the phone..thought I was always rebooking for what I signed up for- guess not...I just paid on 7/24 124.99 then 9 days later (didn't even need a fill thought if I don't use my refill I loose it for the month) was charged $55 for volume that I NEVER booked! was in chair for 15 minutes...wasnt even aware I was charged that fee never was told I had a balance how would you like to pay?...then 2 weeks late was charged another 105.00 then charged again 124.99 on 8/24...Spoke to the manager who told me that those 2 appointments I received volume lashes..told her I never asked never booked had no idea there was a balance - never asked how I would like to pay (maybe if I knew I was being charged I would of paid cash)..teh one time I was there I didn't even need a fill was in chair for 15mins!!! the manager proceeded to try to sell my the higher package and if I go back got what I signed up for I won't be happy bc there's a huge difference- told her I never even saw a difference- nothing had changed in my lash appearance..she apologized I didn't noticed the difference..I started with her that I will fight these charges, her response was ..good luck ill will this battle!..complete bait & switch.. read more

I've been a member for a few months and loved my lashes always but my last visit on October 22 I became very allergic to the glue and my lash line got very swollen and red and was itching terribly, I've never had this reaction before so I took allergy medication and waited about a day and a half until I knew I needed to remove the lashes immediately the reaction wasn't getting better. When I called and explained to the representative what was going on and needed to book an appointment ASAP for removal I was informed that the next available appointment wasn't for 5 days!! I was shocked that I couldn't be seen sooner due to the reaction I was having. She told me to use organic coconut oil on my eyes and try to remove them myself if I needed them off sooner. I sat for three days soaking my eyes in coconut oil and lost almost all of my natural eyelashes from trying to remove them myself. I'm very upset with the way the situation was handled. read more
