They diagnosed a cracked radiator which they couldn't fix (for some reason) and didn't charge her for the call. This was on a Sunday afternoon, so was likely "emergency after hours." The gentleman gave her a recommendation for a wrecker to tow her 80 miles to Birmingham to the nearest dealer (at her request). The man was very nice and respectful. Nice to know good honest people still exist. We offered to pay and he declined, which earns them a five star review! Highly recommended based on our experience with them!

The vehicle we were interested in was listed with a ~$9300 dealer discount prior to any Ford rebates. When we inquired about the OTD price, the dealer discount was reduced to ~$6800 because we were told a trade-in was required. Nowhere is this caveat listed on their website. We then had them apply a number of Ford rebates that we qualified for. This resulted in the dealer discount reducing to ~$5300. So just like that $4000 in dealer discount disappeared! I have purchased enough vehicles to know the dealer discount is typically fixed and prior to any manufacturer rebates. In this case it appears they are benefiting themselves from the manufacturer rebates. In my personal opinion I would categorize this as fraud, would you?
