I've been using this place for years now. I like them #1 because they are the closest emissions check to my house and #2 conveniently located in the Acworth Walmart Supercenter parking lot also #3 they are quick, easy and polite. Just pull up to the "enter" side, if there is a line of cars, wait. When you're up they will wave you in and then give you hand signals to tell you where/when to stop the car. They will ask a few questions about the car, it's year and the odometer reading. Attach some equipment, take some readings, check your gas cap for leaks. Ask for payment - $25 and then your done. The results are sent automatically/electronically to the government and they immediately have your results. I really appreciate this shop being there and treating me well. read more

I love the fact that this emissions station is right across from the Cobb County Tag Office!! I got my emissions paperwork and then went straight over to get my registration. Jacob at the emissions station was very kind, personable, and completed the test in less than 10 minutes. I am from a state that is mostly warm and sunny and he gave me good advice related to my truck in preparation for the winter. Thank you Jacob and I will be back next time!! read more

Very bad customer service. They make it like you are saving money by buying on Groupon when in fact after the added fees you are not saving anything. Don't waste your time. Go to Valvoline and spend the money. Definitely disappointed and will not return. read more

I was in and out in 5 minutes which was great because I had my little one in the back seat. The gentleman who performed the test was polite and courteous. I had no issues and would recommend this facility for those needing an emissions test. This service cost me $25. read more

Came there today to get an emissions test and the employee was very rude!! He was inside when I pulled up. I've never been there before so I wasn't sure to just pull all the way up to the service area or wait and then he came out and gave me a nasty look and put his hands up to motion me to stop. Had a mean look the whole time. First thing he said was " what year is this?" in a rude tone. No greeting . "hello or hi ,how you doing?" Nothing! When he went back to give me the results paper he mumbled something under his breath. Not sure what he said but I know he was complaining. Never in my life have I paid $25 for an emissions test either. This was close to my home though. The one I normally go to does not open until noon. Poor Customer Service! Employee needs to fix his attitude quick!! Won't be back!!! read more

Excellent, quick service!!even on this insanely cold morning when every other emissions place I tried was closed because it was too cold!

I went there today at 1 pm. One car was ahead of me & right when I pulled up the man doing the testing started shaking his head , looking at us and mumbling under his breath. He did it long enough to where it really upset me , so I left. I will never be back to this location. I'm not going to give $20 to a company that doesn't appreciate their customers. Older gray haired guy was a jerk. When I arrived for my emissions inspection the employee literally stomped out of the office and shouted " you people are not going to let me eat lunch!". He was so hostile I drove away immediately rather than confront this jerk. read more
