I've had a slow usage of coolant the past couple weeks but this was the first time I saw steam. I am new to the area so I searched Yelp for a mechanic nearby. Top Quality was closest and had good reviews so I called, expecting them to say they are booked and I would need to leave the care for 2-3 days. I spoke with Brian who was very calm and reassuring that they could fit me in immediately with a diagnosis. I am so glad I found this shop! The techs are very knowledgeable, friendly and professional. And as a woman, I really appreciated they didn't discount my mechanical understanding. They showed me the issues and explained the repairs. I did have to leave my car overnight as the parts were not in shop, but the repair was completed immediately when the parts arrived and I was able to pick up my car earlier than I had expected. I will definitely be back for regular and unscheduled maintenance! Thanks guys!
