It was determined that the oil was very low and the cost to cap it. I asked the tech if they were using the same oil that was used previously for high mileage (his name is Jonathan), he has always refused to give me his name. However, he did not want to answer any questions I asked about the oil being used other than "they cost the same." It was therefore determined that he did not give the high mileage premium oil but insist there was no difference in the cost. My concern was not the cost, but rather, the premium oil I wanted in my vehicle due to the age and mileage. Jonathan refused to give me his name and insist I refer to him as "mister" now it certainly does not take a lot of thought to know what that mean. Neither tech would give me information about the manager/owner and once the service was complete, Jonathan slammed the hood of my care shut. Needless to say, I was very upset with this behavior, rude and in my opinion, racist. Prior to Jonathan employment with Hwy 5 car care, I had no problems service and excellent customer service. Recently I visited for an oil change and my car was ready in 28 minutes. I could instantly tell the difference in how my vehicle was driving. I was also informed that my vehicle looked good and only concern may be rear breaks and they would look at it during the next oil change. The oil change sticker was placed on my window so I have a reminder on when to visit next.
