I have ran multiple shops my self and it is ran very well with the exception of Jenny b, her ego is is up there as well. like she is better then everyone else thats why I had to get involved with the owner the inspection process was spot on and so was the repair process on my valve cover leak if I had anything to criticize it would be find a new service manager shes a great person but I over heard a conversation about another customer and how she talked down on them because they didn't get approved for the 3rd party financing options... once I got ahold of the owner he assured me it would be handled.. all in all it was a great experience and the technicians where amazing.

As a lady, I was weary of auto repair shops outside of GM dealers I frequented - must admit that I received preferential treatment as a GM employee. Appreciated the referral and csn honestly state that I nevet felt as if I was being taken advantage of by Fontaine's. Have been going for many years and appreciate the genuineness displayed by Darren.He has had some really good employees also; Chris comes to mind. Not only does he service vehicles with a smile, but he also takes the time to point out any discrepancies and whether it needs to be addressed immediately. I have referred countless people to him because of these qualities. Writing today because Darren was extremely helpful again and my vehicle wasn't even serviced. Dealing with an issue with my tires that involved 2 replacements. I knew Fontaine's had not dealt with tires in the past, but was worth a call. After speaking with Darren I called a few tires places. They didn't have my size tire, but assured me that the difference for ones in stock was minimal. Called Darren back as a neutral party who I trusted. He assured me that the difference would throw my balance off enough to cause a check engine light issue. Decided to wait a day for correct size tires and will get my oil changed at Fontaine's while in vicinity

I didn't tell them that I was having a difficult time getting stopped and that I was pressing hard on the brake. I also didn't tell them that my car would rev up when stopped sometimes. They figured it all out when I took my car in. My brake pads needed replaced, my spark plugs needed replaced, and my idol throttle needed cleaned. It all made perfect sense to me. You can calculate everything before you pay because it's all clearly listed in-store and on their website, and as long as you tell them exactly what you want done that price does not move. It's crazy to think that's some special characteristic, but unfortunately there are way too many scammers and liars saturating the repair market. Now this place is pretty small and boutique in nature. I like the emphasis on thoroughness. There are three carports and it's on a small lot, so don't expect to have your car worked on immediately unless you are getting a minimal service (oil change). We needed a lot done, so the husband arrived early @8AM for an appt he set online and told the young man working what we needed done (100k mile tune-up, brake replacement, and a few other things). He was very transparent about needing to order parts, so he told him to come back at 3PM. We arrived around 3:15PM and had another 15min wait, but our tech gave us some water while we waited in their small, minimalist lobby (three chairs and their checkout desk). I give extra points for being done around the time when he said he would. Shortly after we arrived he took us out to the bay, explained what he did and what we needed to keep an eye on. I really appreciated that he addressed what needed to be immediately fixed yet paused on what we could sit on for a bit. We were not sold any false sense of urgency and the entire experience was quite black and white. Perfect for us. Now, Dad's doesn't do super complex car repairs or body work, and they are very transparent about that. You can definitely give them a call beforehand to see if they can work on what you need. Their prices are quite fair, and the workmanship is of great quality. Don't expect any overly-friendly or outgoing mechanic though... but I honestly appreciate business-forward bluntness in this industry way more than any false pleasantries.

I took my car to a different mechanic and in 5 minutes he found the nail in the tire. I asked him to check the battery Crossroda replaced and was told the connectors were loose. I brought My other vehicle to the new mechanic just to have them check the new battery Crossroads put in due to on going issues. I was shown where the battery wasn't bolted back in place and one of the connectors had been broken. I'll have to take my car it to the dealership to have it replaced. I've gone to Crossroads for several years. they were bought out and have gone downhil And no longer have great customer service.
