We were scheduled for 9am, and they arrived at 9:20am ( rush hour in the area isn't fun, and they did give me a call before 9 saying they were on their way, so I can't take points off for this) Plus, the start time was when they arrived anyway, so it's not like it costed us anything. The truck arrivied with 4 guys eager to get started. We brought them up to our apartment and we had thirty boxes already stacked near the door. Within 10 minutes, these were all loaded in the truck. Quick to pick up the phone to call, or to immediately email back. Fully transparent. Offered to eat the cost on something if need be. Coached me up on how to handle drop-off and pick-up with the driver--while explaining how the business works and getting us squared away. Dropped my car off in Southern California on a Saturday morning and it was in Middle Tennessee by early morning Tuesday; able to track the entire ride as I tossed an AirTag in the glove box. Family picked up the car for me in Franklin, said the driver couldn't have been nicer and my ride was in perfect shape--settling up after the fact, only after the car was delivered and were 100% satisfied. Bate and switch company AVOID - I was stuck waiting on a smaller local transport company to give us…read morea pick up date, talked to Daniel who quoted a price and said he could pickup within a week more expensive but was referred by a buddy that is an area lead at Enterprise so figured fine pay a bit more - but Daniel wanted me to cancel the pending pick up before he would book me. Called back a few days later and he wanted $500 - $1000 more. When I pushed back that he had quoted a price he said you know what "I'm not interested in your business" and hung up - Did a simple google search and the top pick got me a seamless transaction with insurance certs for half the price. My point of contact here was Daniel Deon - strongly recommend you take your business somewhere else - I deal with contractors for a living companies with attitudes like this will burn you.
