He said they were a brokerage, so they could shop around different companies to get us a good rate and coverage, which was cool (we were used to going directly to the insurance companies). I called for an auto quote and spoke with Glenn, and he was very responsive and informative. He went over in detail all the coverage's and discounts that we were eligible for and he found us a good premium for our auto and was able to get us a great deal for our homeowners. We have been with the company for over a year now and could not be happier. It's a family owned business, great personalized customer service. Had a great experience and would recommend.

She told me to stay where I'm at because they aren't going to beat what I'm paying then hung up. She didn't run my information, so I'm not sure why she wouldn't give me a quote. I never told her what I'm currently paying so don't know why she would say that.
