We had several bad experiences with various insurance companies, non responsive agents, and a friend recommended Jack Chew Insurance. He said they were a brokerage, so they could shop around different companies to get us a good rate and coverage, which was cool (we were used to going directly to the insurance companies). I called for an auto quote and spoke with Glenn, and he was very responsive and informative. He went over in detail all the coverage's and discounts that we were eligible for and he found us a good premium for our auto and was able to get us a great deal for our homeowners. We have been with the company for over a year now and could not be happier. It's a family owned business, great personalized customer service. Had a great experience and would recommend.

A woman answered the phone and I asked what companies they had for full coverage. The woman I spoke to asked if I'm currently insured and I said yes but I'm looking to get another company. She told me to stay where I'm at because they aren't going to beat what I'm paying then hung up. She didn't run my information, so I'm not sure why she wouldn't give me a quote. I never told her what I'm currently paying so don't know why she would say that.

Gabriela Garcia's alleged misuse of the agency's system and my private information. I am not…read moreinsured by this agency and never gave her permission to access my records. Based on the information later disclosed, I believe she used her position to obtain my personal information, including my address, and shared it with her boyfriend without my consent. This is a serious privacy and safety concern. I have requested that management investigate who accessed my information, when it was accessed, and why it was disclosed. I would not feel comfortable trusting an agency that fails to protect people's personal information. Every time I called and asked to speak with a supervisor, Gabriela answered the phone. When I asked for her name, she gave me different names instead of identifying herself honestly, and I was unable to reach a supervisor. This is a serious privacy and safety concern. I want management to investigate who accessed my information, when it was accessed, why it was disclosed, and why my requests to speak with a supervisor were blocked. I am requesting a complete internal investigation and audit of Gabriela's system activity--not only regarding me, but every person she has searched. Del Campo Insurance should determine whether each person had a legitimate policy or business relationship with the agency, whether there was an authorized reason for each search, and whether any information was accessed or disclosed without permission. Management should preserve all access logs and investigate how many unauthorized searches may have occurred.
