What we found was a spinal condition that required surgery on my neck and my lower back. Clear, consistent communication is essential for building trust between patients and their healthcare providers. While everyone I interacted with was courteous, I left feeling frustrated by the lack of transparency and the inconsistent information I received. It felt like the company's policy mattered more than the actual well-being of their patients. I've been a loyal customer for a while, and a little flexibility in this situation would have gone a long way in maintaining my trust and continued business. In an age where patient care should be the priority, this experience was both frustrating and disappointing.
