We made a reservation after our movie. It was around 7:30 pm on Friday night. The owner's wife seated us and the waiter came to our table immediately. We gave him our drink order and with that he brought garlic knots to our table with olive oil/balsamic for dipping. We ordered our meals and one appetizer salad with pears and goat cheese(I think). Delicious fresh salad with a light vinaigrette. I ordered salmon with broccoli rabe and garlic. Perfectly cooked, large filet of salmon. My husband had spaghetti with meatballs and ricotta. Friends had a pasta dish. Everything was hot and tasty, great service. We even ran into our friends who said they eat here every week. They said the mommas pizza is delicious too! I have been following Del Pesto for sometime now and have not had the opportunity to visit. We went this past Sunday for take out and we were quite impressed . The restauant has a very nice vibe and it is spotless. We live here seasonally and we are always looking for great places and we are so glad we went. The hostess was warm and welcoming with very good knowledge of the menu and recomendations. We had the Ceaser Salad and the Chicken Marsala which were excellent. The sauce for the marsala was tasty and the chicken was done to perfection. It was one of the best italian meals we have had here in area and we will not be shy about going again. read more

Frank was our server and was awesome! He had great suggestions and was very quick to bring our food out to us. My wife and I shared the grilled octupus as our appetizer, and it was by far the most tender octupus I have ever had. My wife had the eggplant with pasta, and I had the spaghetti with meatballs. It has been a long time since we visited Del Pesto, which is right next to Cinepolis. We had just watched 'Here' (with one other patron) and decided to walk next door for dinner. We were the first guest at just before 6 o'clock. Frank greeted us and we asked to sit outside on the sidewalk, as it was a perfect, breezy 78 degrees out. Frank immediately launched into a happy recitation of what he recommended. The pear salad we shared was great. My Portabella Ravioli was fantastic and I mopped up the incredible sauce with the garlic heavy rolls. My wife's eggplant dish was terrific too and we shared a lemoncello to cap things off. Such a great restaurant! We tried this for the first time. The restaurant is small and quaint but when we went it was very nice. The service is amazing, including the waitress Valentina! We were so disappointed and it makes me sad to write this review. We used to love going into this little Italian spot for pizza & a glass of wine before seeing a movie. In the past our experience was always a good one. I will say, our server was pleasant, but aside from that our last visit was disappointing. Restaurant was empty. We were the only ppl there. A small pizza took quite a long time & was nothing special. Restaurant was very warm- they said it was the ovens. There was a hair on the garlic rolls . We had an amazing experience at this restaurant. I can't believe it took us so long to try it. First we walked into a restaurant that was completely full. We were greeted by two different people who informed us that they are quickly getting a table ready. We sat within probably a minute or two after walking in the door. Our waitress, I wish I could remember her name, was amazing. Came over quickly with water and greeted us. We explained to her that it was our first time here and she went over the menu with us. Never once did we feel like she was rushing us, even with how busy she was. The entire dinner she was amazing. Towards the end, the owner came out to introduce himself and check on the meal! I love when owners of establishments do that. I feel like they really care. On top of it ... being the clean freak that I am, I noticed how clean the restaurant was. Even the kitchen hood was spotless. No evidence of grease piling up. Thank you for such a great experience. Not only did I feel great after leaving, not bloated from all the carbs and salt (you can tell the food is made fresh) - I also felt great the next morning. Just got 4 entrees for take out. Horrible, nothing tasted good and everything was under cooked. The pictures on Yelp looked great. Our 4 entrees didn't look anything like the pictures. Spent $100 and it was terrible, my husband couldn't even eat his chicken Parmesan. He threw it out. Alla vodka was pasty and lasagna was watery. Very, very disappointing. We heard about Del Pesto after reading about it in the Palm Beach Post. You get in, and it's very modern and classy looking inside. It's not huge, but it probably seats about 75-100 people. They have a few tables outside as well. There is no hostess stand at all. So you just walk in, and you are lost. We went in and stood at the register. The woman behind the register asked us how many. We told her 2. Silence. She was busy looking at the register. A couple of minutes later, someone else asked if we were here to pickup. We told them no, 2. I'm standing there and I hear the guy in the kitchen, behind the open window, say loudly "what the f*** do these guys want?" I was a little floored, but I sat down anyway. It took a few mins for the waitress to come and take our order. While that's happening, the waitresses and what I can only assume are owners, are talking loudly at each other behind the counter. We placed our order, and another owner or manager sits down at a table and starts conducting business. He pulls out a wad of cash, and starts counting it on the table. He then takes a phone call and is actively talking loudly to someone. Keep in mind, it's not even 9PM. They close at 10. This guy doesn't seem to know how to do things in a professional way. You don't need to be yelling across the restaurant at waitstaff or customers. You don't need to be doing this outside. Get an office. If I wanted to go to a local pizza joint, I would have. Dinner itself is over $20. I'm definitely turned off, and I haven't even ordered yet. We ordered the fried mozzarella. It was very tasty. It was only 2 pieces. They were like large triangles. But, it was good. For $8, I kind of expected a little bit more. Maybe 3 pieces? 2 pieces at $4 a piece? Eh. We are sitting down eating our appetizer, with no bread like you usually get at an Italian restaurant, and a woman in a wheelchair comes to the door. I watch the door, and she tries to open the door, and it closes. She waits for someone to open it. No one lifts a finger. So I went over to help her and I opened the door for her. The food was ok. I had a pasta dish with clams and shrimp. They promised jumbo shrimp. They were not. My brother had the chicken Francese which was rubbery, and the sauce was too thick. I do want to point out that our waitress was really good. She was friendly and accommodating. The woman in the wheelchair gets her food, and she's ready to leave. She sits at the counter saying excuse me, excuse me! No one even looks in her direction. Once again, I got out of my chair and helped her out. I felt as if she was completely disrespected. All in all, for $30 a piece I could get a much better meal. The food was mediocre, but the overall environment caused by management is awful, inappropriate, and just plain rude. I did not feel welcome at a place where I spent $30 of my hard earned money. Skip this place, there are better options. read more

We had the chance to try Del Pesto after going to see the Aqua Man movie. BTW, the Australian Man move was amazing. Back to the restaurant, the Wedding soup was great and so was my salad and service by Lauren. The Eggplant Parmesan was very good but I asked for a little more tomato sauce and they brought me about 1 oz and charged me $1.50!! Seriously it's not gold or silver. Otherwise it was great. So I write this review as a buyer that gave this restaurant a chance to prove itself on several occasions. However, the meal I ordered last night was horrific. How can you screw up a pizza?? It's nearly impossible but they succeeded. It took nearly 90 minutes and $54.00 in cost to receive a barely-cooked pizza and a wilted salad with no dressing. The Best Italian Cuisine ,As good as it gets. Yes there are fancy expensive versions of these dishes but they won't necessarily have the flavors that these certified New York Chefs present nightly. The combination of flavors used the great ingredients simmering into there respective alchemy are simply delicious and unexpected. Grabbed a bite while vacationing in Jupiter. The staff was great, the waiter was very friendly and attentive. The atmosphere was inviting and clean. We went to a movie, and then next door to give Del Pesto a try. Kind of a modern look inside, and four tables out front (but too chilly to sit outdoors tonight!). Not a big place, maybe seats 50 or 60 people? It wasn't crowded (they've been open less than 2 months), and our drink order - beer or wine only - was taken within minutes of our arrival. House wines were $7, small selection of name-brand for $11 or $12 or so. The dinner menu is very reasonably priced, with pasta dishes ranging from $14-$18, and chicken/veal dishes $17-$22. Seafood dishes, for the most part, were around $21. I had the Valentina, which was four or five large shrimp served over fettuccine with a creamy parmesan sauce. Hubby had veal parm (which came with either pasta or a small salad); both were yummy. If I had to complain about something, it would be that the service was SO fast - we were in and out in about 35 minutes. That may be because they're right next to the movie theater, and assume everyone's in a hurry to get to a show. We could have slowed it down, I suppose, by not being ready to order right away, or asking that it be held up a bit, but maybe it would make sense for them to ask if people are in a hurry to make a movie. Pretty minor complaint, all in all. Definitely worth giving it a try! read more

Delicious pizza and garlic knots! We came into this cozy establishment after a movie for take out. We ordered two pies to go, one was the house special and the other cheese and mushrooms. The staff was friendly and offered us garlic knots while we waited. Our order was ready in about 10 minutes! Both pizzas were tasty, with a nice crust and generous toppings. My stars, the chicken was burnt and tough, the sauce was bland but the cheese how ever was excellent. And the salad was delicious as well. The dressing was everything. Finally getting around to this review.. in March of this year my family and I came for dinner. My sister proceeded to order the Bianca pizza and specifically asked for no ricotta cheese. We were totally unaware that this question would hit such a nerve with the server!! She began questioning her about her choice of no ricotta, specifically saying "do you even know what you're ordering honey??". She even brought over the manager and chef, and eventually made my sister cry. This is completely unacceptable in a restaurant - people have their own preferences. After so much chaos they did end up making her pizza, but it should not have been such a process to get there. read more
