He was able to get me in within three weeks for some extensive rust damage on a used Ford Escape I had recently purchased. The damage above the rear wheel wells was enough that the metal was going to have to be cut out and new metal welded in its place. He gave me an estimate that I expected to be $500 higher. I was very happy with that. During the work, he kept me updated on the progress and called me to tell me my vehicle was ready. When I picked up my car, it has been washed and the work was great!
