On I65 all of the sudden my rear passenger tire went flat! TPM instantly to zero! I called my insurance company who helped me look up local towing companies in Frankfort as I was just south of Frankfort. I called Gaeta and he came out quickly to tow my car (as I have a convertible with no spare) to Discount Tire in Lafayette so I could get it replaced. I requested that company because the set of tires I had on the car was from them and I knew they give a refund on the unused tire wear on the 4 tires plus one free tire for the one that almost blew so this would save me a little over $400 with the free tire and the discounts on the other 3. And get me back with a national company that has locations near my home for future tire rotations and warranties like I already had. That is a big savings! I was really in a predicament being so far from home (South Carolina) traveling to IL to see family, with no spare and on the side of the highway and Gaeta Towing saved the day!! Truly! Within 4 hours I was back on the road with brand new tires and all safe. I can't thank this company enough for their assistance and help in my time of need!!
