The second time I asked for nothing more than a bath and they still did some grooming - again not the end of the world. Iggy seemed happy enough so I decided to stick with the place. Made an appointment for grooming 10 days ago. Spoke directly with the groomer who works on Iggy. She confirmed the appointment, gave me an appointment card and I got a text yesterday confirming the appointment again. I get there this morning and they act like they don't know why I am there. The groomer we use was in the back and for no readon she just started yelling - "I was told he's only getting a bath." Mind you - I hadn't said a word so something was off. She just kept screaming - I mentioned I wanted him groomed. She repeated "I was told he's only getting a bath." I don't know who she talking to but the only person she talked to that matters was me - I made the appointment - I asked for grooming. It was clear that she wasn't prepared to do what she promised and I didn't want her to take it out on my dog - which she looks fully capable of doing - so I said never mind I'll take him somewhere else and she muttered something to the effect "Fine then go." I won't be back and I'd caution anyone who values their time to be careful here.

I also left a few messages regarding how my dog was getting along and it took days for them to get back to me. Also, paid extra for a king size suite so I could check the web cam once in awhile. The instructions they gave me did not work. Overall, I was impressed with the facility and most likely take my dog back.

I was never informed that my dog would be crated at all. When I questioned this and explained that my dog has never been crated, I was dismissively told, "Well, you should have asked." That response alone was enough to tell me this place does not value communication or client trust. The environment was overwhelming -- at least seven dogs barking nonstop, owners' personal dogs running loose, while client dogs were caged. It was so loud that conversation was nearly impossible. Nothing about this felt calm, organized, or professional. They also insisted on vaccination records, yet the staff member barely glanced at the paperwork, flipping through it without actually reviewing anything. When they finally offered to refund my $20 deposit, I immediately accepted. I would not leave my dog here. The place did not look clean, expectations were not explained, and staff friendliness disappeared the moment concerns were raised. I would strongly caution pet owners -- especially those with dogs who are not crate-trained -- to look elsewhere

I asked him for information regarding transportation for a cat that has been coming to my back patio. I explained that I am no longer driving, and I had posted on Ring pictures of this kitty to see if anyone is missing him with no one responding. Charlie was so nice and helpful, although they do not transport animals, he gave me his manager, Mayura's phone number, and suggested that I text her. As soon as I texted Mayura, she called me and told me that I needed to see if the cat was chipped. She provided me the phone number of Animal Control. Mayura also provided me the number of SNAP just in case the cat is not chipped. She mentioned that SNAP can help with the cost of having the cat neutered and vaccinated. I did call Animal Control and as soon as I am able to get this cat in a kennel. I will call Animal Control to see if he is chipped. I do believe this cat belongs to someone, because he is so well behaved. Charlie and Mayura are truly kind and love animals. I'm sure the entire staff is just as caring. We moved forward with exploratory surgery and received constant updates throughout the day on how it went. We were out of town at the time & Dr. Mobley & Dr. Smith called daily to give us updates as our little man recovered after surgery. Hearing directly from the doctors each day was so comforting & I could get my questions answered easily. I trusted he was in great care while I couldn't be there physically. You can really tell the doctors here care about your pets wellbeing & we are so thankful for Dr. Mobley saving our little man's life.
