We could not find anyone open Friday after the holiday, and resorted to leaving a message, expecting to struggle through the weekend and hear back on Monday. How pleasantly surprised we were to get a call back from Dr. Tarazi's staff same day! I wish I had written down her name - she was incredibly helpful and efficient. As it turns out, the offices were closed but he was there working on charts, and offered that we come in. I was astounded, we weren't even established patients with the practice and he was willing to take the time to see us last minute - we were told to come right in. The compassion and care he showed towards my nervous and uncomfortable young adult was beyond anything we have recently experienced. The situation was handled, he was thorough and knowledgeable. We are clearly not just a face or number in this practice, he genuinely cares about his patients. I am confident that my entire family will be in good hands with Dr. Tarazi, and we have already referred other family members. We are very grateful!

I want to start out saying at first everything went fine from my colonoscopy , then i came a week…read morelater for a "follow up" . I was not told that i would be having a hemorrhoid band. I didn't eat prior, i didn't have anyone to drive me home. I went alone bc i was under the impression it was just a follow up. I get there and told I'll be getting a band. I asked if it will hurt they tell me it shouldn't hurt much. They didn't give me any anesthesia before hand. After it was done i was in so much pain. I wasn't given ANY paperwork on information about the banding. When i got into my car i got light headed and i couldn't drive nor sit. I had to lay in my car for 15-20 mins before leaving with my AC on blast bc i was overheating. Driving home i was in terrible pain, i couldn't sit while driving i had to stop many times on my way home which was a 20 min drive. I got home and laid on my bed and starting crying uncontrollably. My mom had to take the day off to come over and take care of me. I'm 28. She had to go get my meds for me and food bc mind you i haven't ate yet for the day. I ended up on bed rest for a week and half, i couldn't do anything for almost 2 weeks. I was always in pain. ALWAYS. When i asked the dr about it he just shrugged me off like i was crazy and just wanted more drugs. When i asked for more pain meds he told me he couldn't give me more even tho i was in Terrible pain... Follow up to today, i get a call from their receptionist Jane asking about my appointment tomorrow. I go to confirm it & explain my issues with the last appointment i went too. She then starts to talk down on me and tells me well if i knew i was susceptible to fainting etc i should have had someone drive me home. I explain that nothing was told to me besides it was a follow up. She continued to talk down to me and interrupt me. I had to ask her many times to stop interrupting me and let me speak. Eventually i told her if this is how things are going to be I'll be going to a new doctor. With a snarky remark she goes well then go find a new one. Absolutely shocked i told her I'll be talking to the doctor tomorrow & hung up. After thinking about this though. I called back, cancelled my appointment and I'll be finding a new doctor. I don't appreciate being spoken to like this as a patient and i feel like part of it is bc i am on acchss and the way i look as i have tattoos and colored hair. It doesn't matter NO ONE SHOULD BE TREATED THIS WAY PERIOD.

Greatly appreciated Dr. Smith's positive demeanor. And his thorough briefing of risks and expectations for recovery. And the surgery itself. Two weeks out and all is well. The friendly support staff also did a great job scheduling the surgery quickly and at a convenient time and location.

They are rude and they did not seem to care about my issues at all. They argue with you and won't even listen to what you're trying to explain to them about your own issues. Dr. Deka's exact words were "l'll take a shot at the surgery"! Next sentence from him when I said I'm moving out of state in a few weeks was "well the process won't be able to happen before you leave so that's just going to suck for you, at least it isn't cancer"! He wasn't going to order any tests or imaging and i still don't even know what it is that needs to be removed! He was telling me he couldn't do it that soon to just come back in December when I'm home so he can do the surgery then... no thanks! Very very unhappy and very upsetting! Came here to get an MRI done, never had one done until now…read more Parking is ample and they are at a corner of a busy intersection so fairly easy to find. Front office receptionist was very friendly and welcoming. There is complimentary hand sanitizer in pocket sized spray bottles free at the front desk counter. I took 2 bottles home with me. Some gripes about this place. They keep this place abnormally freezing. No joke, it is as if they are trying to keep ice cream frozen in here. Normally I wouldn't mind but it makes a huge difference when you're placed in a machine on your back on a table and you're required to lay still for a 40 minute MRI. Worse is that I was in a t-shirt and shorts. If you come here for an MRI please be sure to wear pants and a jacket. Make sure you bundle up or you'll be in a state of near semi hypothermia after your MRI. I weigh about 200 lbs and I have a good tolerance to cold environments due to my body fat but I was shivering inside the MRI room about 10 minutes into my scan. I was offered a blanket by the MRI tech when I mentioned this but that only helped a little as the entire room felt like an iceberg. All staff here was friendly and this place is very clean. When I left this place, I immediately went into my car and blasted my heater for 10 minutes before I even left the parking lot. Does Elsa from Frozen live in this place?!?!? Sheesh. Full body brain freeze if you come here unprepared. Whoever services the air conditioning at this place truly is the best air conditioning provider in Arizona. If you have a friend that's coming here, than try to prank them by telling them to show up in shorts and t-shirt like I did. They will hate you for it and you'll get a good laugh. MRI of arizona radiologist failed to note many things in the mri, he noted remarkable on most the mri. The next day, around the same time I had an emergent mri and there were so many issues that I needed an surgical consult. Many of the issues were degenerative. I understand the acute things may not show, but the degenerative changes and instability doesn't happen overnight. I am appalled at the apparent laziness and incompetence of the radiologist. This is highly unacceptable. You really do get what you pay for.

No way, I want you, Dr. M! Over the years I have seen many different nurphologist both in California and Arizona. I was on dialisys for 3.5 years so I have a great deal of medical doctors experience. Dr. Morales is by FAR the best and most engaged nurphologist I have seen. Although I don't think he needs additional business, I am pleased to recommend him with my highest regard. As for those that have given him less than a 5 star rating, I can only say either you or him or both had a bad day.

They always act like they're mad to be at work and it's inconvenient for you to come in for an appointment or call. It's very odd to me and they're also incredibly unhelpful when you're sitting in a waiting room for 30 minutes and ask when you're finally going to see the doctor. Most people in medical care are not so cold and rude. Do not recommend if you like good customer service and it's unfortunate since Cucchetti seems like a good doctor! Danica truly is the epitome of a bad staff member so stay away from her. She is very unhelpful and will treat you like you're lying when you speak to her after your surgery and you tell her you have pain. It was only 12 hours after surgery and her attitude when she called me was appalling. My shoulder surgery went well (I think) but no one told me there would be 4 weeks of not being able to move my arm or do normal activities so do make sure to ask every question! I've had lots of surgeries and this one was the hardest to heal from!
