He just called me, I am 5 minutes away and he said I had to be out in the parking lot. It is over 100 degrees and I would have to be out there like 4 hours! read more

One of the side effects of being a teacher is getting sick a lot. Now I have the world's best doctor but he is too far away and always booked up. He would see me if I ask but when I am sick I need meds right away. I do not feel safe taking the risk and driving all that way. I just want to see someone very fast. A cohort suggested this place last year and I tried it. I went to their other location. It was okay but I had a billing problem that lasted up until this visit, unbeknownst to me. I ended up at this place this week and was treated great. We got off to a rough start due to the billing issue but it was handled well. The Nurse Practitioner was very kind and knowledgeable. The best thing was that there was no wait at all and a pharmacy right in the same building. Those are big bonuses when one is very sick. Oh yeah, on my insurance, I found out It is cheaper than the same day urgent care I had been using, holding my nose I might add, for years. Woohoo! read more

Finally got stuck with the big "C-19", and after showing a nurse friend of mine the results, she said Ok.. now you have to go the the LITTLE Clinic, not the Minute Clinic and ask for this, that, and the other. The Frys I go to doesn't have a Little Clinic, so I had no idea what in the flying fadootie she was talking about. Needless to say, it was my first time in. Scheduling your appointment online is easy, a few questions and you're good to go. They text you a check in link where you upload your ID and any insurance cards so you don't have to spend time doing it there. I ended up having to email my insurance card to the receptionist, but she was so sweet, no complaints with her. Breanne? Breanda? I know she told me, but names aren't my strong point, and mixed with Covid, I apologise. She takes me in, does vitals, all that fun stuff. I come back out, wait, and finally get called back by the Nurse Practitioner. Again names.. Tammy? Tabitha? Tammitha? She was wonderful. I really liked her. Caring, compassionate, and didn't mind that I was probably more of a crab than I would have been if we just met out in the market on a normal day. Now, I love my Doctor, but she's in North Scottsdale. If I ever needed something fast and furious, I'd definitely come back here. Had an appointment in December for a sinus infection. The NP would not give antibiotics instead gave directions for relief and said if not better in 10 days she would call in a prescription. Not better and called back to get antibiotics and was told we had to do another appointment. But no appointments available for another 3 days. Should not have to be sick for 2 weeks before the prescribe the needed medicine. When questioned the guy hung up on me. He was very rude. Don't go to this location. read more

Before entering a life care community, we had to receive a TB test, which is standard. I tried CVS and Walgreens and it was very difficult to get an appointment, and getting to be more complicated than it needed to be. I was new here and did not know that Fry's had a small clinic right inside the store. I called with much ease to make an appointment, and was even luckier to get one soon that day. I was impressed with the efficiency, professional service and friendliness of all the staff after having two appointments needed for this test. I met with Shannon Kovalcik and she was great. I did not have to wait long and she not only treated me and got me a prescription for a sinus infection but she also made some recommendations about allergy shots which is what triggers my sinus infections every year. She was very caring and I was grateful she was the one that took care of me. I would gladly recommend her to anyone. read more

Secretary/receptionists are very full of themselves but with no knowledge to back up that arrogance. Saw them enabling some patients to cut the line just because the patient knew the PA. They need to hire more professional and kind individuals. Having to wait when I can see they are just sitting there is annoying. read more

My daughter and I have gone to frys little clinic a few times and have been misdiagnosed. I will never go there again. They suck. They take your money and send you you away with no medication. They also told me that my insurance wasn't going through when it was good. Ended up going to next care urgent care and received antibiotics and I was so much better the next day. read more

Been to this clinic a few times and have absolutely no complaints about the receptionist, Nadia! She always made sure I've been satisfied and never fails to make sure I'm taken care of! The doctor I had been to multiple times, Chris Kim, isn't good. At all. I went in for strep and he ASKED me if I just wanted him to diagnose me with what he thought I had. I told him I wanted him to test me for strep, he did but had no idea what he was doing. It came back "negative". My symptoms got so much worse! I went to an urgent care 2 days later and the strep test had come back positive. Don't go to that doctor . read more

I usually come here when I need any vaccination or TB skin test for school. There has never been a long wait and the staff are extremely helpful and quick. If you have insurance, everything is usually covered and if by chance your insurance does not cover what it is you need, their prices are fairly cheap! Would definitely recommend going here instead of a pharmacy if you want to get in and get out quickly! read more

I get better care here than with any primary doctor I've had in years. They have extended hours, short wait time and a staff that actually cares. I've tried other Little Clinics, but they don't hold a candle to this one. This location is worth the hour drive. read more

Interesting how these are all five star reviews, the employees must have a lot of family members. 2 reviews prior to 2017, and then 3 in the last 5 months. My experience is totally negative and I warn everyone, patronize this place at your own risk. I was at the Frys Pharmacy to pick up a prescription for my wife. I was told it would be 30 minutes, so I decided to ask about a flu shot at the Clinic. The young lady at the counter was sweeping something up and when she finally acknowledged me, rudely stated "we are closed" I then asked what time they closed, she said 7:30. The clock on the wall by the pharmacy said 7:33. I was likely there about 7:28, perhaps that is why I was ignored initially. I have patronized this location several times in the past, and while I did not receive what I consider good service, I was not treated rudely as I was tonight. The personnel in the past seemed to resent having to help a customer which interrupted their cell phone game or conversation. Needless to say I will not be back. I just wanted to share a wonderful experience I had, not as a patient but as a Fry's shopper. I was grocery shopping, walking down aisle by aisle by the pharmacy when I had a HUGE cough attack. It literally brought me to tears and I couldn't get it stop! A young lady who was working at the front desk of the clinic must have heard me coughing non stop to the point where she went walking aisle to aisle looking for me, I seen her approach up and she brought me two water bottles to help with the cough. I couldn't have been more thankful! After that my cough had stopped I thanked her and continued shopping and on my way out I stopped by the clinic and thanked her repeatedly. That is what you call terrific customer service!!!! I will mention this Clinic to all my family and friends because of her. I believe her name started with a "C" from what I could remember (I was in tears when she came up to me, so I couldn't really read her name tag that good) Thank you again, -A very thankful shopper/future patient. read more
