In other words, this place is a big scam for taking away money and not following treatments at all, neither they care about good treatments results.

I just finished an approximate (14) month program. Timeline provided by Dr. King was accurate, and we ended when I was 100% satisfied with my results - which I am! The experience, start to finish, was exceptional. The office is kept meticulously clean. A comfortable, calm and casual environment - balanced with the right dose of professionalism that lets you know you're in good hands. I was called before her 2nd appointment to go over forms that were needed etc. The woman on the phone was rude and made me feel terrible about them "allowing" me to do no downpayment and that they "stretched" my payment plan for me. I was never told a downpayment was an option, I also never asked them to stretch the payment plan, it was what they provided me. I cancelled the appt and we are not moving forward with treatment and have an appt somewhere else.

I have had two children go through this office for braces…read more my daughter had her braces removed and still had a cross bite. They attempted to do more corrections to it with Invisalign but were unsuccessful. Ultimately the braces were removed prematurely and we spent a lot of money for a cross bite correction that was not fixed. there were other elements of her bite correction that were done well. My son is currently in braces and the experience has been ok. time will tell if his bite, which was the same problem as his sister and my own, will be corrected. the absolute worst part of this clinic is scheduling. while the receptionists are wonderful, they can only work with what they have. the doctors at this clinic take on far more patients than what they have time for so appointments are very hard to get. and if you do get an appointment, there's a good chance it won't be at the clinic nearest you and you'll have to drive to one of their other locations. they will not let you see other orthodontists, you must see the one you had your initial consult with. we see Hobday, so it is possible that he is the only one who is taking on far more patients than he can handle. if I could do it all over again I would go to a different orthodontist with only one location to avoid the chaos of driving all over the world going to ortho appointments when we are able to get them.

As a 30-something male, I am what you'd probably consider to be a non-traditional patient since I am often older than many of the parents sitting in the waiting room with their kids. I was quite nervous about moving forward with getting braces for all the usual reasons--cost, care, inconvenience, getting teased by school yard bullies etc. Ok,I embellished the last one, but you catch my drift. From my initial consultation with Cara, I was put at ease and impressed with the care that the staff puts forth. She helped me figure out what my insurance would cover and all the money matters, even making a friendly inquiry months later since I was dragging my feet on going through with it. I finally mustered up the courage about 6 months after my consultation and made the transformation to metal mouth. I am probably annoying with all of my questions ranging from important to insignificant, but the staff has all been so great to me throughout this process that my anxieties have been quelled. Dr. Chad Kelley has done nice work and I am very happy with how great my teeth are looking now. I am getting closer to the end of my treatment and am going to miss seeing all my new buddies I've made over the last 1.5 years. They seem to truly enjoy what they are doing and it makes for a better experience. I highly recommend TC Ortho to anyone that needs braces.
