While the first appointment was pleasant, I left with an unexpected brassy brown shade that didn't reflect the highlighted color I had asked for. Still, I trusted her recommendation and returned for a follow-up. I arrived 10 minutes late due to a family emergency, which I clearly explained to the staff. I also mentioned I had a flight in just a few hours. Despite this, I was left waiting for an entire hour before being informed that Amela would only be able to cut my hair--not color it. A client's time is just as valuable as the stylist's. If being 10 minutes late was truly going to prevent the full service, that should have been communicated upfront--instead of making me wait unnecessarily. Frankly, I wouldn't want someone working on my hair who thinks ten minutes is enough time to rush through a proper appointment. This experience was deeply unprofessional and inconsiderate.
