First Star: When our original clergyman backed out 4 days prior to the wedding, we were frantic. A friend, whom used Rev. Charles for their wedding, referred us to him. We called him and he said he would do the job, even though it was last minute. Second Star: He came and met us at our home the following day in order to go over the ceremony. We instantly hit it off with him and felt very comfortable with his professional attitude and his personable charm. We were actually kind of glad the original clergyman had bailed because Rev. Gilmore was a way better fit for us! Third Star: Even though we were on such a tight timeline, Rev. Charles used his years of experience to create a custom ceremony for us. He asked very poignant questions and made helpful suggestions that allowed us to build a ceremony that we felt showcased who we were as a couple. And since we wanted a less religious ceremony but come from religious families, Rev. Gilmore helped us carefully toe the line. Fourth Star: Reverend Charles Gilmore showed up on time for the ceremony and promptly prepared. Upon seeing I was nervous he quickly put me at ease with some kind words. Rev. Gilmore then led the ceremony beautifully and his words and scripture readings were perfect. Our families really liked him and they loved the ceremony! Fifth Star: I would like to say everything went well and without a hitch but, alas, something must always go wrong. Fortunately for us, when it did go wrong, Rev. Gilmore was patient and understanding. Amidst all of the chaos, my wife and I had forgotten to pick up our marriage license. So when we did get it from the court a few days later, Reverend Gilmore kindly came over to our house for a second time and signed our license with our witnesses present. I recently used Chris to photograph our condo in OC, MD. This is an investment property for us…read more We communicated through text and email. He took pictures of our condo in a timely manner. I paid for the pictures, without paying much attention to them (my fault). After my wife and property manager voiced their disappointment with the quality of the pictures I contacted Chris to see if he would be willing to stop by the condo and take some additional pictures. He said because it was 2 weeks after the session and I had downloaded the pictures that he was unwilling to take any additional pictures. That is his right but I think it is bad business. He lives there. It would take a relatively small investment of his time and resources to make a customer happy. His website says up to 100 pictures for the package. I received 82. I asked if he would take an additional 18 to bring it to the 100 mark. He said no, which again is his right because he noted his site says "UP TO" 100 pictures for the package. One last thing that stood out was the difference in price that he quoted me $350 and the site on his site which is $300. He did it for $300 but the difference in the quote and the site prices was questionable. I would just think in the industry of photography, that is almost completely service driven, what I asked for to make the situation better was not a very big ask. I would be more than happy to share the pictures with anyone that would like to see them and make up their own mind about the quality. In addition to my wife and property manager, the first person we had in the condo said "the pictures don't do the place justice". That really says it all!

Highly recommend! We…read morealmost didn't make the session due to very high winds. Chris was honest and suggested we reschedule but we only had one more day in Ocean City so we took a chance. Our photos came out amazing. He did an incredible job, it was a fun session for the boys (6 and 4 years old) and made us feel very comfortable. Chris is very professional, creative, great to work with, has excellent communication and has a great sense of humor especially with kids. Thank you again for capturing these special photos. We will have this memory for a lifetime.
