There was a slight disappointment when they charged an extra $25 because they communicated last years pricing, but not worth getting bent out of shape over. Approximately 2 months before the date, we were having an email exchange. Mind you, we are under the 100 day mark until the big event. During this email exchange, the officiant asked if we could move the ceremony up earlier. We tried gently to assuage her apparent fears of the sunset time and lighting affecting our photographs, informing her that our photographer knew how to handle low lighting. When that didn't seem to stop the insisting of moving it up, we very clearly told her that everything we had sent out already had an agreed upon time, including the vendor contract between them and us, and even more importantly, our invitations. We very clearly stated that we would start at the time we already agreed upon. Fast forward to 2 days before our wedding. The officiant was talking to our day-of coordinator before we arrived for a quick meeting. She tried to convince the DOC to move our times up... 2 DAYS BEFORE THE WEDDING!!! And what is worse, this conversation took place without us present. Thankfully, our DOC said no. This is the epitome of unprofessional and a cardinal sin to try to impose on a bride 48 hrs before their wedding. We are now at 1 day before the wedding. We don't know what we are doing, because we have never been married before. We are doing the rehearsal, and honestly, it didn't feel like we had a good coordination to make things happen. On the day of the ceremony, the readings were beautiful and lovely, we got to pick them out ourselves and tailor make our ceremony. This sounds awesome until.... SHE SAID MY NAME WRONG!!! Both of us had to correct her in order for her to understand that she said it wrong. It was very disappointing in the moment. Overall, I'm very disappointed at this officiant and wouldn't recommend at all. Find someone who respects your contracts, doesn't try to undercut your wishes, and can say your name correctly.

I recently used Chris to photograph our condo in OC, MD. This is an investment property for us…read more We communicated through text and email. He took pictures of our condo in a timely manner. I paid for the pictures, without paying much attention to them (my fault). After my wife and property manager voiced their disappointment with the quality of the pictures I contacted Chris to see if he would be willing to stop by the condo and take some additional pictures. He said because it was 2 weeks after the session and I had downloaded the pictures that he was unwilling to take any additional pictures. That is his right but I think it is bad business. He lives there. It would take a relatively small investment of his time and resources to make a customer happy. His website says up to 100 pictures for the package. I received 82. I asked if he would take an additional 18 to bring it to the 100 mark. He said no, which again is his right because he noted his site says "UP TO" 100 pictures for the package. One last thing that stood out was the difference in price that he quoted me $350 and the site on his site which is $300. He did it for $300 but the difference in the quote and the site prices was questionable. I would just think in the industry of photography, that is almost completely service driven, what I asked for to make the situation better was not a very big ask. I would be more than happy to share the pictures with anyone that would like to see them and make up their own mind about the quality. In addition to my wife and property manager, the first person we had in the condo said "the pictures don't do the place justice". That really says it all!

Our photos came out amazing. He did an incredible job, it was a fun session for the boys (6 and 4 years old) and made us feel very comfortable. Chris is very professional, creative, great to work with, has excellent communication and has a great sense of humor especially with kids. Thank you again for capturing these special photos.
