Natural hot spring with multiple pools. It was not crowded at all and we did not have to walk far or fight the dirt road to get to like most hot spring. In fact it looked like any regular pools or spa but as you get close you can see the steam wafting up and as you dip your feet in the water it's "aaaaahhh" at first sigh... hehee I don't remember the cost but it was between $10-$20. There were plenty of free parking. They even have a locker and shower. I can't wait to go back when I'm on a road trip that way. Making plans already...heheh...

The grounds are immaculate and perfectly groomed. In fact I had to ask " do we park on the gravel or grass?" and much To my surprise you park in the grass. Upon arrival we were greeted by Brooklyn ( and her beautiful kids, and she filled us in , showed us around and gave us dinner and hot springs suggestions, both of which we patronized. Richard & Valerie are most gracious hosts and are very knowledgeable about the area. Most sites are dry or electric only but they will gladly fill your fresh water tank for you. Was looking for an indoor swimming pool with lap lanes while staying in the area for a week; called…read morethe City facility and they told me I had to be a member to use it, no day use fees. My husband suggested the University and they could accommodate me. The daily fee is $8 for full use of the facility, which houses a full fitness floor, basketball court and locker rooms; $1 per hour for parking. Best $10 spent yet! Facility was very clean, staff friendly, 25 yard pool perfect temperature. Noticed a group exercise class going on as I left so would assume those may be included as well. I swam at 11AM and I shared the pool with one other person.

They charge for the seat so you can take any tube you want and switch them out as you go. It was $7 a seat and then $5 for a bus ride to the top, you can go as many times as you would like on the bus for your allotted time. If you don't want to pay for the bus fee you can walk which is only 15 minutes away from the top. We were there for just a couple of hours and floated the river 4 times. The river it self was very fun, had small fun rapids that would be great for kids as well gives the adults a fun thrill. We are definitely thinking about coming back and bringing our 6 year old niece and 3 year old nephew because of how much fun it was. Highly recommend!
