They have one changing room and the floor has turned black from all the ground in dirt. And there is hair on the floor everywhere. Absolutely gross. I visited another gym in town this week and looked around everywhere. The locker room, showers, and pool area were very, very clean. And this is a gym that is probably busier than Gold's.

He is so knowledgeable about anatomy and all of the different systems that work together in producing optimum health, he's always learning more and incorporating it into what I need. He's super creative with different workouts, it never gets stale or old with Sal, he changes it up often while still keeping track of my progress. Sal is one of the most enthusiastic people I have ever met- which is really helpful when I'm in the thick of it and want to give up.. He never lets me! He is also really supportive- checks in often about how I'm feeling and if there is any minor tweak during training, he remembers to ask about it and makes sure to modify during the next session. Sal is hands down awesome at what he does. I highly recommend him.
