The Chicken Biryani had great flavor and spice, the Paneer Tikka Masala was rich and creamy, and the Mushroom Masala was outstanding. The Garlic Naan was fresh and perfectly cooked, and the Aloo Tiki Chaat was a great starter with excellent texture and flavor. I am not positive about this because I did not eat enough to be absolutely certain. The basmati rice was not memorable. I could not taste much garlic or butter in the naan. It was thick and chewy instead of thin and crisp on the edges. I really wanted to love this close and local Indian restaurant! I wanted to be able to support this new business endeavor and put it on my list of regular restaurants. But I ate only a few bites before I was disappointed. This was carry out and sometimes that can make a difference. But we don't live far and the food was wrapped and packed appropriately.
