I actually know what I mean by it .... but prob no one else will .... so I'll try to say it another way. The Welt Café is a consistently cool café that provides all the expected amenities of a Viennese café in its own quirky kind of way. And I really like that it specializes in a lot of fair-trade foods as well as organic. The clientele is quite varied although the nearby university certainly provides much of the customer base. In warmer weather their outdoor sidewalk Schanigarten is the popular spot, in cooler weather their brightly colored interior helps chase away the winter blues. When I am in Philadelphia, the World Café there is an iconic establishment. Well the Welt Café (World Café) in Vienna is on its way to becoming a classic as well.
