Not dried out or days old, not made with box cake mix. You can tell these are made with love. The baker knows what she's doing and has tons of experience which you will taste. One of my favorite cupcakes from here is the carrot cupcake. Which I weird because I don't like other carrot cakes. Her German chocolate cupcakes are tasty and remind me of my childhood. The fact that each cupcake is always moist and delicious is what keeps me going back I've brought some in to my coworkers and they also love them.

You can also find savory food too. I'm a fan of the shepherd's pie. You will find them at red mountain kitchen but they also do pop-ups so I recommend following them on facebook. At Viera's you are able to pick out all the treats that you want--no side eye from the person at the counter as you try to decide what you want, etc. And the prices are right there in front of you--so many delicious deals! I was told to try a cinnamon roll, so that is where I went first. Then my eye caught a lemon Danish and that ended up on the tray as well. Last was the largest donut on earth that was hanging out on a tray that they were about to take away. Once you are done you walk up to the counter and they box you up and you pay.
