About an hour before my order arrives I received a phone call asking if I wanted to purchase another cooler, because "there was so much stuff it all didn't fit" I said no I did not want to pay another $10 for a cooler and I can put my own on my doorstep. I received a phone call from the same woman telling me that there was an issue with the fact I didn't put ice in my cooler (even though I'm home), so the driver didn't know what to do. Instead he placed the bag of food on top of the cardboard box that is being called a cooler by this company. At this point I just laughed. So I brought the food inside and started unpacking everything only to find mistakes. I was missing a buffalo chicken wrap, I was given an extra chicken Parm, my pizza was smushed because it was packed on the bottom of the "cooler" and I had no sides for any of my family meals and I was given a few large meals instead of the medium sized I ordered. I accidentally called after hours so I left a voicemail informing them of the problem. I received a call today and was informed that the the mistakes would be fixed and delivered. No big deal I guess. Then I received my package to find my sides and a sad egg burrito mislabeled as my buffalo wrap. So I called the company back to explain again and was argued with the fact they were different and was credited $6 back.
