They take an underutilized kitchen such as one at a church and put it to good use during off hours. It's such a wonderful idea to not be wasteful with space and I'm sure it keeps the food prices low. Don't expect like a fancy fast casual place that spends way too much money on their space, but they do a perfect job with what they got. Chuck is a darling and the sandwich is dreamy. He can be found around Woodstock, Cartersville, Acworth, etc., so be sure to like and follow him on Facebook. You'll need to follow their Instagram to catch where they are. When you're done stalking them, plan your trip. Go see them! Do yourself a favor and find them. The food is phenomenal and the service is always impeccable and homey. The main guy Toko and his family run this truck and sometimes his kids are with him. Often they place a table out and play island mixes which is great to sit and relax while you enjoy their food! For this trip I always have to get the Chicken and Shrimp. I tried the Lamb today and that was also good if you prefer this. The Mac salad is sweet and everything mixed is savory and delicious.
