They take an underutilized kitchen such as one at a church and put it to good use during off hours. It's such a wonderful idea to not be wasteful with space and I'm sure it keeps the food prices low. You need to try this Hawaiian BBQ. They are a food truck and often set themselves up in random…read morelocations off North 75/85 in Marietta, Alpharetta and so on. You'll need to follow their Instagram to catch where they are. When you're done stalking them, plan your trip. Go see them! Do yourself a favor and find them. The food is phenomenal and the service is always impeccable and homey. The main guy Toko and his family run this truck and sometimes his kids are with him. Often they place a table out and play island mixes which is great to sit and relax while you enjoy their food! For this trip I always have to get the Chicken and Shrimp. I tried the Lamb today and that was also good if you prefer this. The Mac salad is sweet and everything mixed is savory and delicious. One of those meals you sit down, close your eyes and just go "wow". The food is so simple, but great. Enough to kick your mouth in with flavor. Again, find them and try it for yourself.
