I loved just being in there. The little trinkets and items they sell are even cuter (I grabbed a beanie and I'm obsessed with it). For me personally, the coffee and food landed at a 4/5 based on what I ordered. The coffee wasn't my favorite, it has a very particular flavor profile that you either love or hate. It's strong and different. If you've ever had Panther Coffee, you might know what I mean. The baked goods were hit or miss for me. The cinnamon bun? 10/10, absolutely incredible. On three separate visits, there was an issue each time. They were out of Chestnut Praline but attempted to "make-shift" a Chestnut Praline Latte anyway. It was served cold and tasted terrible. The final visit sealed it. There was a long drive-thru line, and when I reached the order window, I could clearly hear an argument between the drive-thru employee and the person at the pickup window. That was followed by an unsavory, audible conversation about being out of a product--again, all within earshot of customers. My own interaction wasn't great either, and my order was still messed up. I expect occasional hiccups, but consistent disorganization, poor communication, and uncomfortable customer-facing moments made this location one I chose to avoid.
