I walked in on Monday afternoon for neck and left back pain especially along my shoulder blade. It was my first time here and the reviews looked decent. I opted for the 60min combo massage. This is the only time I've walked out of a massage leaving with more pain than I went in with. The guy who did my massage was a Korean guy with orange hair. It seemed like he might be new because he did was not good. His hands were shaking the whole time. I told him what parts to focus on and he didn't focus on them at all. When he did go over those parts and realized the tension and knots, he went over those areas so quick and tried to rub out the knots as quickly as he could. He did not learn how to release knots properly. His method was definitely what NOT to do. He didn't even really release any knots, I can still feel the ones I walked in with and more. It's now Wednesday morning and I woke up at 4AM with pain so bad I was on the verge of tears. My neck hurts, my back hurts, my left shoulder blade hurts soo much. Like I said, this was supposed to get rid of at least help some of my neck and back pain but now the pain is even worse. It was my first time and I will not be returning. read more

Their prices is amazing but they definitely deserve a lot more than what they charge! Went in with my mom earlier today. We had an appointment at 3:30 and we were helped right away, we didn't have to wait at all (which is something I really can't stand to do when I make an appointment somewhere)so points for that. I had Angela and my mom had Susan; both were really good. I can't really articulate for my mom here, but as for me I had a very good experience with Angela. She applied the right amount of pressure the whole time, not too soft or rough and made sure she checked in with me that I was okay with the pressure throughout the massage. My mom has been having tension and pain in her right arm and she says after Susan helped her, her arm felt so much better. We got the $50 deal which was 70 minutes long and included full body, foot massage, and hot stones (which was my favorite part). Definitely worth the money. The only thing we would change is that there would be someone there to answer the phones. Not a huge deal and they were probably just short today, but the interrupting customer phone calls was the only flaw today. Other than that--- Highly Recommend :) read more

I received a Groupon gift certificate from my teen this last Christmas for a massage here. It was a great experience. It was a very clean, quiet, and relaxed environment. I had Angela as my masseuse today and she gives a great massage. She had asked for the level of pressure I would like and we settled for a Med - Deep. She would adjust when ever it got too intense. She also asked before we began if there where any spots that needed more attention than others. It was intense because I felt really tight...long story short...I felt like a pile of dough afterward. It was a good session. Now as for the tipping. There was a sign behind the front desk explaining about the tip. It was a bit in your face, but I was not asked or coerced to do it. Let me tell you it's a steep price but worth the work. I'm normally a tip by service person, there I've said it. So in determining my tip I thought about how much effort, skill, expertise, and care I was given....it was all hard work for my masseuse. Well done Angela, I hope to visit again. read more

I went in after making purchasing from Groupon. I don't know if it was just me but I hate to be ask right off the bat to give a tip as a requirement. As I walk in I want to feel welcomed not be told to make sure to leave a tip. Anyways, I went in for the 80 min which was 40 foot massage, 40 body. Foot lasted a little less than the 40. Body massage was great. Pressure was intense, which is great for the knots I know I have. Their cell phones kept ringing so it wasn't as relaxing as expected. & the person giving me the massage kept coughing. Anyways....Once done, I left the tip in the room in which I told them but she ran out saying, "no tip, no tip" as if I'm walking out without paying lol but I had to tell them exactly where I placed the tip & they both ran in there to make sure I left the tip. Pretty ridiculous the way they act. Before my appointment I received a call if I could go in 30 mins to an hour later and if not it's okay. They tried to fit someone else in, so they called to see if it was okay with me, but I was already on my way. It Previous night, I had taken my mother and her bf. I did a couples massage with my husband. This was our first time to Delight Massage. Massage was good, most definitely not a spa massage but good for the price. The reason for the 2 stars are as follows: couples area is in lobby behind curtains-no walls no doors just curtains separating you from the lobby and other customers; I pre paid as asked and gave a $10 tip before the massage was actually preformed, after massage I gave another $5 and the receptionist had the nerve to tell me next time $10 tip per masseuse. On the wall above the register there is a sign with a sad face and 0-$5 tip, whatever face $10-15 tip and smiley face $20-30 tip. I will not return. I do not believe in being told how much I am supposed tip for a service. read more
