I received the worst massage of my life late March 2021 from Susan. She was supposed to give me a deep tissue massage, however she never used oil or lotion. She pulled a sheet over my back and rubbed her elbows over the same areas the whole time. She walked away from the massage to go answer the phone THREE times. Two phone calls took several minutes. At one point she left the room and left the door wide open while she took a male customer down the hall right past me! I am so mad they even encouraged me to tip before the massage! Went for a 60min deep tissue massage on a Saturday morning, they were great, checked with me shortly before appointment time, there was no waiting, asked me what I wanted and did that exactly. Checked frequently about pressure applied during massage and staff was pleasant. There is a mandatory min 25% tip though but I didn't mind paying it. It was nice and clean. Wow these ladies don't mess around! I booked a thirty minute massage with hard pressure and they got me and my ride or die chick in within minutes and were tackling my tense tight shoulders with gusto. She checked in frequently about the pressure, it was hard like I asked, she found all my lumps that needed to go and took care of them. I left a tip on the table and on the way out saw the sign saying a ten dollar tip was and a twenty was and I couldn't understand everything she was saying because her accent was heavy but i did understand the word tip so be sure to take some extra tip money. read more

My masseuse was Cindy and she was such a sweetheart and gave me the best massage I have ever had! She even helped me stretch since I was so tense. My first visit I got a 60 minute massage, and the second visit I got the 90 minute massage. I will definitely come back for monthly maintenance 90 minute massages! I store all of my stress and tension in my shoulders, and I love that she catered to my problem areas instead of getting the generic full body massage you get from other locations. I would definitely suggest saying you need a lighter touch than what you think you can handle, but my goodness... I felt like she steamrolled all the knots right out of me! Been here several times before and the massage has been fairly descent. So I attempted to return again because their ad on Yelp states that you can get full body massage for $40 before 1 pm. I made appointment for 12:30 and was there promptly but the receptionist tried to charge me $50 because she asked what kind of massage and I said deep tissue. Ad does not state it applies to any specific kind just full body. So they definitely do not honor what they advertise. That would be considered false advertisement. Had a day off from fighting a fire nearby and saw the good reviews on Yelp. This was definitely the place to go. Cindy was my therapist and I asked for extra firm pressure. Usually I struggle to find therapists to give me enough pressure. She was perfect...actually stronger than I expected and she always checked in with me to make sure it was okay. Also, there was some really nice stretches at the end. You might feel a little exposed, but you have a sheet over you that kinda slides with the movement and I recommend to just go with it. The stretching was wonderful and Cindy was very professional. A wonderful well priced massage. Would absolutely make this a regular experience if I lived here. read more

The place was very clean and quiet. I told her I like deep tissue massage and where I want her to worked on. My lower back and shoulders are super tight . She worked super hard and got most of my knot loosen . On top of that , she walked in my back and worked more on where I have issue with, my lower back. It was awesome .
