Very misleading schedule, very sketchy part of the neighborhood, not great parking situation

Took way too long to get my drink ( let alone be recognized). This blondish girl was working with completely unprofessional work attire for an environment like this where people come to relax and some even have kids sitting with them. I shouldn't feel uncomfortable to look at her when I'm ordering because she has little to no clothes on. She was insanely rude to me for no reason and for my first visit I was astonished. I wouldn't go back if I knew she was working or quite frankly at all because my first experience left a bad taste in my mouth ( literally their tea tastes burnt and like they mixed it with dirty feet.) If you're looking for somewhere to relax and kickback here is not the place, from what appears to be underage kids and rude tenders and customers. I felt like the black sheep in there everyone was so cliquey. Awaiting this awful tender to cash me out she was just gone for at least 10 minutes, in the bathroom, outside, home ? Who knows! All I know is we all could've walked out without paying and anything else we could've grabbed. After I left here I stopped at another bar down the road that was much more homey and welcoming and exactly what I was looking for. It's down the road in the plaza with BP Nextdoor. Similar prices, significantly better people and staff. Don't let the reviews fool you like they did me after going they seem to be fake and written by friends or staff. I found this Kava bar on Google. The hours of operation on Google was 24 hours. I had just finished my outing with my friends on the beach and was close to home so I stopped here because I wanted to try kava for the first time. I walked in and I realized it was a small place so I continued to walk to the back just to have a look around. All of a sudden someone ran me down and confronted me saying "where are you going? You have to buy something if you want to use the bathroom". I said oh, I'm sorry, he then said "are you going to buy something, you can't use our bathroom". The tone was so aggressive and at that point I was irritated so I said to him do you really think that I would come here just to use the bathroom after 2 AM at a spot on the side of the road that's barely noticeable. I have driven past this spot so many times since I've moved here and you would not know it was there unless you're looking for it. He shrugged his shoulders and committed to it. It felt like someone following you around because they think you're going to steal something. After walking out I went back in because i really wanted to try kava and thought I shouldn't let anything ruin my experience so I sat at the bar only to discover that he was actually the "Bartender" and he did not approach me after that. The people next to me at the bar were super friendly and explained what kava was and the Leaf I should try as a first timer, after my little kava lesson I left.
