I didn't use the hookah after all and decided to return the item (with a receipt) before I left going back home. I Went to the store Saturday night and the lady was closing the store and couldn't except the return. Online it states they close at 10pm. I drove back to the store Sunday afternoon and the same woman was attending the store. I let her know I wanted to return the unused item (with receipt). She makes a phone call to whom I could assume is the owner of the store and he lets her know that they don't take returns or make exchanges. This is NOT on their receipt, posted in the store nor was I informed when I made the purchase. I DO NOT recommend this store at all. Just out of pure inconvenience and LACK of selection. I wish there was a negative star rating.
