It was honestly amusing, and impressive, to hear him use new words we had never taught him while telling us about his day. He also became much more comfortable interacting with both children and adults. Although he is still naturally shy, he has come out of his shell significantly, and we eventually moved him to full-time care after seeing how much he was benefiting. As parents, we also really appreciated the level of communication Childtime provided. They send home a weekly menu so we know what meals and snacks are being served, and his teachers (shout out to Ms. Josephine and Ms. Stacy!) would regularly post updates and photos on the app of our son's day. Getting to see him participate in activities that aren't always possible at home (color runs, magician shows, dance parties) was one of our favorite parts of the experience. I'd also like to recognize Sonja, the director, who has always been courteous, accommodating, and honest. On multiple occasions, she went out of her way to point out a promotional discount, vacation options, as well as a corporate discount available through my employer. Because all learning is done through play, he enjoys all the projects and schoolwork. Hes proud to show us everything he does. She still maintains an open door policy for all guardians. She has never made myself, husband or my in laws feel unwelcome for coming for a visit or attending one of the many holiday parties. Just like with his sister, she helped, encouraged and supported us through potty training. They never leave the little ones in soiled diapers or clothing. If parents forget to bring a change of clothing she always has spares on hand to help in a pinch. Ms Billda has still maintained an affordable status for parents looking for early education for their little ones.
