She arrived at 5:00 pm and placed an order. 15 minutes later, they had not started her order so she asked the owner working, how much longer because she had to pick up our son by 5:30. He told her to get off the phone aggressively. She then asked for a refund. This is a small business and I've never seen the bakery full of customers, so there should be a concerted effort to provide good service. Again, my wife placed her order and waited 15 minutes before asking when would they start on her order. We're never returning to this bakery again.
