This is a local bakery. They are baking very early in the morning. It is always very busy in the morning. Their donuts and cinnamon buns are worth standing in line. They also have delicious cakes, pies, and cookies. You can order a cake one day and it is decorated beautifully and ready for you the next day. read more

If you read my posts, you'll see I'm pretty generous with stars. Not so with this "business". If I could give zero stars I world. Hours are 7:30 am to 5:00 pm. By 7:55 am not lights are on, no open sign lot. Between 7:30 and 7:55 am I counted 11 cars drive and drive away because they looked closed. Finally two people and I got out of our cars and walked to the door. It was open. The shelves and display cases were almost completely bare. "Is this all you have?" "Yeah." When do you put out your bakery items?" Nothing's lit yet. At least another half hour." All three of us turn around and walk out. Let's do some math. 11 drive away + 3 customers walk in and leave = 14 people. Figure $15 per person in sales lose =$165 in revenue lost. Her response? "Oh, well." Oh, well, indeed. Oh, well, I'll go spend my money elsewhere from now on. read more

Stopped in Saturday for some doughnuts, would expect them to be fairly good coming from a bakery and for the price, nope, the doughnuts were dry, tasted like they were several days old. Totally disappointed. read more

Stopped in and got some great fresh baked multi-grain bread that was just out of the oven (still warm). They have great prices on pies and their pastries look delicious. As another reviewer noted, there isn't a great variety out on the shelves, so ask and see if they have what you are looking for. We plan to return. read more

We purchased a white cake with regular white icing (not buttercream) for New Year's Eve, also my birthday. I did not pre-order this cake, but the clerk was fine with adding "happy birthday" to the cake. The guests could not stop raving how moist the cake was, as well as how wonderful the icing tasted. Although I never go out to this part of the state, I have had the pleasure of having numerous goodies from this place. A wonderful delegate has delivered treats to our office where I work. I've had a peach pie (which was good, and I don't even really care for pies 95% of the time) and today we received donuts again. The first time we got donuts from here I tried the coconut one which was sweet but not overpowering. What spurred me to finally make a review was the donuts I had today. It was peanut butter (and coconut on top? I couldn't quite tell) and divine. Definitely good if you prefer donuts with just enough sweetness to accompany coffee. If i'm ever on a roadtrip and I pass this part of town I would certainly make a pit stop to grab some more donuts! read more

Horrible customer service. Went to order 18 plain white cupcakes. States orders were closed for the holidays and never even asked what I would like to order. They make plain white cupcakes daily for their display. So I could come in tomorrow and buy white cupcakes with red/green sprinkles but can't order plain ones. Makes total senses Then we couldn't use a card because our order didn't total enough because we had 2 kids who wanted a donut. Gladly would have spent more money to meet a minimum except for the rude staff. Tried to support local but will never return due to rude staff. read more

Stopped in to see what they had multiple different kinds of donuts, cupcakes,pastries and cinnamon rolls. They had multi flavored frosted cinnamon rolls we got the caramel frosted amazing and you get a big portion too. Fresh and everything was perfect will come back again on saturday to check out the selection. read more

my bf has had pastries here since he was in kindergarten, then he showed it to me and i'm glad he did. their custard filled donuts are the best!! i also had their cinnamon roll which is ABSOLUTELY delicious. their pastries are delicate and light, they're so fluffy and delicious. i think the donuts aren't too sweet so if you're not a sweet tooth try to avoid maybe the chocolate. i love everything here!! still trying more though :) read more

Delicious backed goods but the store always makes me feel like I just walked into a place that is either just opening and not quite set up or they are clearing stuff out to close down. I feel like I should tippy toe around the place, its odd. I don't get it since they have delicious baked goods and their prices are great. They need to up the friendliness and make the store more inviting. Add some color, music, some cafe tables, SOMETHING. I have stopped in twice but not sure I'll go there again. read more

This is the best bakery in Hagerstown, hands-down. The butter & snowflake rolls and the giant cinnamon buns are the stars.

My family and I stopped here last weekend at the recommendation of my husband's coworker. I got 2 iced cookies for my kids, 4 chocolate chip cookies for myself, some baklava, and 1 mini cannoli. I was shocked by how little it cost but the prices should have been a warning. The baklava was good. The iced cookies were grocery store quality- not bad, nothing special. The cannoli, despite looking delicious, tasted like it had dried and rehydrated ricotta cheese instead of mascarpone. I kind of gave it a pass since it is obviously not an Italian bakery but made a mental note to skip them in the future. The chocolate chip cookies were borderline inedible. Tasted like they were made with vegetable oil and splenda. It's really difficult to screw up a classic like this. In fact, it takes work to make these so terrible that even my five year old wouldn't finish one. read more

I waited in line as a new customer and when my turn came I wanted to order a cake not even decorated and was told she didn't have time to take my order that I would have to call back later and order it over the phone. Needless to say I was totally stunned and still can't believe that happened to me. So I guess they have enough business without mine. Needless to say I didn't call them later to order a cake I called somewhere else and they were happy to help me. I will make sure to let my family and friends know how I treated and not recommend this place of business. read more
