He was personable and knowlegeable . however after @15 min he gave my daughter exercises to do at home and stretched her for less than a minute. This cost 120 out of pocket. I gave Joanne my current cervical x-rays. She saw the backwards C - curve and said that she could help me. I saw her 2 to 3 times a week for a year. Towards the end of the year I didn't feel I needed to continue to see her. She kept calling me and saying that I needed to come in to get checked. Even though I wasn't having any trouble I agreed to come in. She adjusted my neck and my lumbar region as usual. That particular day she used more force. My my husband was in the room with me and noticed the same thing. The next morning I woke up and couldn't walk. My feet and legs were in a lot pain and swollen. I called Joanne to explain the state I was in. She adamantly denied that it had anything to do with her treatment and to come in again. I of course said, I would never come in to see her again. I was clear to say that she was responsible. I called her a couple more times in the following weeks because I had not improved. She again denied that she had anything to do with it. For a year I barely could walk to the bathroom. I was in pain 24/7. It took about a year to find someone that could help me improve. It's going on three years now.
