Sure enough, I found that to be true. I introduced myself as a new resident to the neighborhood and explained that this was my first visit to their store. The owner introduced himself in like and stated if there is anything that I needed but couldn't find, they would do their best to offer it in the future. The store isn't the most organized but it's only because they carry so many different items that you'll be hard-pressed to not find what you need. From groceries, paper products, cleaning supplies, and health and beauty supplies. You'll find lots of natural products which fits the shop's name. Support local businesses! Support this store!

This is one of the…read morenewest stores in the Capital Region that I know of, so the store is cleaner, brighter (but in an appealing, comfortable way), and more modern, even if the store overall has a very similar layout to others. One example of 'modern' is the self checkout kiosks that are not only faster than any other I've used at other Market 32 stores, but recognises veggies and fruits in the scale. For instance, when I place the tomatoes on the scale, the kiosk comes up with a list of choices to click from, such as vine-ripened tomatoes, beefsteak tomatoes, and plum tomatoes. I also find their regular weekly discounts for a whole variety of items appealing, although this is not unique to this particular store. The staff I've interacted with have so far been overall friendly and helpful. They have their own parking lot, so parking has not been an issue. They also tend to keep a good stock level. All in all, I hope they keep up the good work and stay open for a long time.

They only had habaneros, while other West Indian stores would have two or three varieties of hot peppers. C'est la vie. Ramesh does shine when it comes to procesed goods, pepper sauce, jerk marinade, casareep, dried sorrel etc. This is undoubtedly their strong point, and the best reason for making the trek to this store. They also sell meat, they have advertised specials but I was not sure when I would get home and did not check out these offerings. A worthy try, it would be good if it was in a better area.

It's been over three years since I've written about De Fazio's Pizza, even though I've brought it…read morehome on several occasions since then, and while this posting is for De Fazio A Imports, located next door to the pizzeria, it should be noted that after the Imports store closes, the space can be used to have a large private party. We had twelve people, although I think we were set up for sixteen. It was a BYOB vegetarian pizza party. We tried four different pizza doughs with various toppings. If my memory serves me, we had a Brown's Brewing Brown Ale crust, an organic whole wheat dough, a spicy red pepper crust, and an organic multi-grain dough. All were excellent. I have to say "if my memory serves me," because we were sharing a large variety of beers and ciders that everyone brought to share. My contributions were two Cellar Reserve beers from the Grand Teton Brewing company in Idaho - a 2008 20th Anniversary Bitch Creek Double ESB Ale (7.5% abv) and a 2009 Reinheitagebot Malt Barley Sheep Eater Scotch Ale (7.5% abv). Both were bottle conditioned and went so well with all four pizzas. We actually started with De Fazio's Greek Salad - feta cheese, field greens, just a small amount of iceberg lettuce, red onions, red roasted peppers, olives, plum tomatoes, and oil & vinegar. It was delicious with garlic bread from Prinzo's bakery. The different toppings we tried on our pizza were an Eggplant Florentine; a Puttanesca with artichokes, fresh mushrooms, calamati olives, capers & mozzarella; a mushroom and artichoke; and the fourth I don't recall its name other than it had sliced tomatoes and mozzarella cheese. We finished off with several different flavors of Gelato and mini cannoli, both of which are made on the premises. The cherries in the gelato are imported from Italy, and the vanilla gelato is topped with olive oil and sea salt. What a fantastic finish!
