I can honestly say I have not been this mad in such a long time. I was so excited to get a revolver roll up hard cover installed by them today. Well, they waisted over 3.5 hours of my time getting prices and coming for an appmt to sit an hour and a lot of gas from Bishopville to Salisbury and back twice. Here's the story. 1) order cover 2) get call for appointment for 1pm Friday (stressed to me "1pm on the dot as soon as they guys return from lunch" promising me first thing after lunch b/c I told him I was going out of town) 3) walk in 1:01pm tell guy I have a 1pm appointment and he finds paper with my appmt info and says I'll have them right on it and tells me where the waiting area is 4) 1:43pm another guy calls my name to tell me I'm done 5) I say yay that was fast - he says let me check 6) comes back and says what time did you get here (I say 1pm) he says b/c the no-one has started and I just found your file on the desk 7) furious I go outside on phone to decide what to do - Dave comes out while i'm on phone - I said I was promised 1pm install and it's almost 2pm - I'm really mad can you at least take something off 8) he says I'll take $50 off ($1550 cover) and I'll take it back right away right now immediately 9) he grabs a red truck out of the parking lot (it was a guy in the waiting room who had a 2pm appmt) and takes it away and disappears. 10) That was the last straw - I asked for my keys and left b/c I could not believe one mistake after another The first guy should have got them to start on my truck at 1pm right away and not left my file sitting on counter for an hour The second guy who found it sitting on counter near 2pm and told me I was done and then asked me what time did I get there should have took me to the side apologized and offered something off and said they would work on it right away The third guy Dave who promised me $50 off and would take it back "right away" should have stopped immediately and took my truck back - not the guys red truck who had an appmt an hour after me at 2pm. Shame on them for so many ridiculous mistakes. A total waste of my time getting prices, making appmt, and driving there and waiting almost an hour. A total waste of my gas from Bishopville to Salisbury and back twice. I have two fords and will not be back ever. All my neighbors have trucks and I will share my story. This is a big deal to me. Heard some guy while I was in waiting area before all the drama started thinking they were working on my truck tell anothert person "he's having a bad day and not going to make my day bad". I have no idea who they were talking about but guess what " you ruined my day and my excitement having the cover installed". read more

The rear window on my car was starting to "bubble up" around the defroster "wires" so took it in to their shop. They re-tinted it for free, having a lifetime warranty and were apologetic and surprised it was doing that but great after-the-sale service. Few places have such good customer service these days. TOP FROM HELL, compliments of Homer King '99 Mustang convertible Paid $2250.00 for top and install. First trip on 5/10. Had car 3 for days. Result, faulty top with wrinkles and blisters. Reordered top Second trip on 7/20. Same result and they would not honer my request for a refund. Reordered top. Third trip on 9/8. Installer quit so they could not install the top and was unsuccessfull locating an installer. Refused refund and was told he would return $1200 and I keep the top and find an installer when he was unable to. HOMER GAVE ME $100 for my trouble, said we were SQUARE. Called Homer in January desperate to find an installer and he sent me to an installer who promised car back in 5 days, had the car 7 days without touching it. Finally 1/30 Tip Top Trim in Dover, DE put the top on, thank you. His comment was, in addition to the damaged top, one of worst installs he has seen. I've had three windshields replaced here as well as leather seats put in a vehicle to replace cloth seats and all experiences have been positive. They were able to get one of my car windows replaced very quickly and facilitated the insurance claim so I only had to pay the deductible. The window was special order and they still got it in two days and then got the replacement done in about an hour after I dropped the car off. Will use them again if needed. read more

I said I wanted my window tinted and there was no effort to explain the options or or work with me to ensure I got what I wanted. Horrible customer service and they play political propaganda in the waiting room (at least they did when I was there several years ago). After having 3 windshields shot with a bb gun, I was need of my windshield replaced. Safelite was recommended but not available for a week. And the day of the appointment, they call to cancel and want to reschedule for a week from now. I called Delmarva Auto Glass. they got me in the next morning! Nick and Scott were here first thing and out and gone in no time, with the job well done! Please take a look at the images of my post and make an informed decision both before and AFTER; especially after they say they completed a job for you! I used to like this place but I wouldn't take another vehicle there if you paid me they don't want to admit any wrongdoing even though it's clearly documented through every image that I took. Even though I purchased my car or used car on or 3/7/16; they still had that diligence to work on my car as if it was new because it was in their care I had two automobile estimates for the damage that they caused. The estimates that documented the repair was for only for what DAG damaged on my car. But they refused to contact the owner/President of DAG, to have it go forward in any kind of way shape or form! I contacted the Office of the Attorney General and DAG would NOT even contact them back. So, customers you have been WARNED BE INFORMED and be aware of how the DAG businesses operate and how DAG treat their customers! Weather you think they're great or not it's all about the almighty dollar... Please remember to always document document document as everybody seems to be walking around with a cell phone camera that's what you should be doing to HELP prove your point in the future should you ever need to do so. read more
