They ordered the part and a couple days later it came in and took it back to them and install was very quick. And reasonably priced. Will recommend. Have used them in the past for a window that got shattered on my wife's car and my wife's new car had a chip in the windshield and DAG came out and changed out the windshield. Nothing but good things to say about the people and the work they do. The only gripe I can remotely say I have is with the waiting room. I'm a big guy and waiting for my truck I waited and the waiting room is pretty sparse with what seems like old school house desk chairs. Just upgrade the chairs and it would make a big difference.

Requested a replacement windshield and got an aftermarket nonconforming windshield, had to wait…read moreextra days for install as they ordered the wrong windshield originally even going by vin#, the second windshield was at least partly right equipped for a HUD but again wrong as I later found out they ordered a non acoustic windshield as is factory and they managed to break my hud projector and would not try to correct any of their mistakes. Terrible value for the services rendered. (or lack of services). To sum it all up, they ordered the wrong windshield...twice installed the second wrong one, broke my HUD and would not try to fix anything they did. Definitely cannot recommend. Worse still is that I was referred by two different dealers to them...never again.

First they gave extremely clear explanations of the different tints, and followed up with clear answers when you asked questions, which is always a huge plus. Second, I was on a time crunch and even though I messaged them the day before I was trying to get in, and they were full up they had me drop off the car so they could work on it for me. Professional job with amazing results. The only negative thing I have to say is that it appears they lost the emissions sticker to my vehicle, not sure how I am going to deal with that back in my state but it'll get figured out at some point. I took my car to this location to purchase 2 new tires for my car. Fine, no problems until I'm almost home and one of the tires on my car starts making this thumping noise. Well, upon further inspection when I get home, I find that my tire was not properly secured and all five lug nuts were completely loose. This is pure negligence on the technician's part. They should have someone cross check their work to make sure they've completed the most basic of tasks. Never take your vehicle to Mr Tire in Delmar. Their work is slip shod at best.
