"Petitti Garden Center" is an awesome place to shop for anything you might need for your yard or garden. They have everything from locally sourced plants of every kind (spring, summer, fall, winter, sun or shade), to lawn care products for every need (seed, fertilizer, pest control, etc), to pottery, yard art, patio furniture and on and on. It is the really rare occasion that they don't have what I need. And they have so many locations they're easy for anyone to reach. I included a few pics of some of my gardens. I was essentially ghosted three separate times during the ordering process. First, I submitted an inquiry through their website and never heard back. After two weeks, I went into the shop and was told someone would call me that day or the next. Another week passed with no response, so I had to follow up again myself. When I finally spoke with the designer, I emailed multiple inspiration photos showing exactly what I wanted: three bouquets with pastel pink and ivory flowers. She said she could do it and would call me the next day with a quote. Instead, I didn't hear from anyone for almost three weeks--until the day before pick-up, when they called asking if I was coming to get my order. By that point, I had already started making plans to arrange flowers myself because I assumed they weren't going to follow through. When I picked up the bouquets, they were bright red and looked nothing like the photos I had sent. To their credit, they did fix the color issue before the wedding, but I was still disappointed with the size and quality of the bouquets for what I paid. Grateful for the ladies at the counter that were very kind to me every time I came in. The flowers worked out in the end, but the stress and lack of communication made this experience far more difficult than it needed to be.
