We highly recommend you interview Delphine if you are planning to sell. She is genuine, kind and capable. We used Delphine's services last year when we sold our home to move out West. Delphine was really helpful, patient and, most importantly, caring in her demeanor and approach. We were wary of real estate agents since most behaved like used car salespeople--they're nice to you until you sign the contract. Delphine was nice to us before, during and after the process. We were first time home buyers so this was all new to me and my wife. Delphine showed us a few houses some which were fine to me but not my wife. She had no problem turning down a house in seconds.
